Paz, Chivis

A toll of 16 people left for dead by sicarios in the north of the Mexican state of Veracruz.  The attacks occurred near the border of Tamaulipas in the municipalities of Pánuco and Tantoyuca.

"It is presumed that buses were intercepted at dawn at different times," said the spokesman of the Government of Veracruz, Gina Domínguez. "They are interrogating  witnesses to find out what was the motive that led the attack on these buses." he added.

Governor Javier Duarte condemned the acts and ordered reinforced surveillance in the northern part of the state to provide greater protection to the Veracruz in the region. The Chief Executive sent his condolences to the families of the victims and declared his determination to continue towards establishing  tranquility for the inhabitants.

12.28.11 UPDATE:
Below is a video that reveals personal information, fotos and a heartbreaking letter from 13 year old Cristina written to her father in an attempt to quell his concern for their safety.  "Dear Wonderful Daddy, I know we will make it there and back safely".

According to the video the baby was hurt but not killed. I watch the video twice and it said the mother and father were killed and the baby was hurt, what we see here was a video image, not an actual video.

  3. Thanks for the clarification, and you are correct. Of course the assassins meant for the baby to be killed. Nothing is sacred with them. As for it not being an actual video I am not sure what you mean. Paz, Chivis

  8. I speak spanish, native speaker. The baby lived, the father was injured, but the mother was killed, both shot by a female sicario. The army later caught up to these jackasses and shot up 5 of them.

  9. And what was the purpose of this attack? Terrorism? Bloodthirsty savages on dope? What?

And some think legalizing drugs will stop this. God Almighty help us all.

  10. Wow this is amazing, what a bunch of phycos, killing innocent families just to heat up a plaza??? CDG are really the lowest of all the Cartels.

I fucken hate zetas but lets admit who created them in the first place and thaught them to extortion, murder innocents for no reason,it was CDG,the lowest of all the Cartels,I guess the Beltran Leyvas are bigger than what people say if Chapo had to ask for support from these kidnappers, extorcionist, killers of innocents.

El Mamito in his interrogation clearly mentions how el Chapo and Mayo made an agreement with CDG and pretty much left out los zetas so they made a counter alliance with the BLO since both organizations were being displaced, underestimated.

Instead of being a total jerk, maybe you could be helpful if you do know and explain why the baby is a video still? It doesn't look like it to me. So, obviously I don't know either.

  17. I have trying to get more info on the baby. There are accounts both that it died and that it has survived. If anyone knows please help me.

The story gets worse by the moment! The 13 y/o was killed for trying to protect her downs syndrome sister after a gunman slapped her!

as for stills vs videos let it be as you wish, but techniclly it is a video presentation with footage and stills and is a youtube video.

    @11:48 Thank you

  20. I love how every murder that happens in Mexico is immediately blamed on the Zetas. When theres like 12 Cartels in Mexico, but of course its never CDS,CDG,or Caballeros Templarios that commit murders of innocents.

In Veracruz the cartels that operate are Zetas,CDG,CDS,and Matazetas whose order is clear heat up the Zetas plazas by killing innocents, and by shooting police stations, and then leave a message saying it was the letter Z.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Why do the people not resist the violence more? I mean, how often do you have gunmen let you go? Why not do something, anything just to show that they can not win. Maybe people fight back more than I am able to ever read about but it sure seems as though the average citizen has lost their pride and would rather die than do something and die for a better Mexico.

  24. 4:45, with all due respect, what does this bus attack on innocents have to do with drug trafficking? This is evil run rampant. It's like a pit full of demons has been released and they kill purely for pleasure. Is killing innocents what "heating up a plaza" is about?

Your analogy of prohibition does not fit. Liquor was legal and widely accepted before prohibition. Budweiser and Jack Daniels don't extort or kill if Miller Lite moves in. There is no comparison here.

  25. I personally dont like zetas being a frontera tamps. Native but no mames this was another cartel heating up there tuff..... "I was not trying to be a jerk, what I was saying the video was made from photos"

I was not offended and did not think you were being a jerk! I was simply trying to determine why it mattered to state the obvious, and I think the video format is a useful format. We can see there is footage and stills used in the video, often that is the case, but it was unclear as to why you mentioned it.
I just linked on to your link to notirex and see the stills and the youtube video. it is not their video or stills, it is a youtube user and is 4 or 5 days old.
BUT Take a look at the baby, it is on the pavement, no? Why would they leave a live baby on the pavement in such a manner.
as always facts are difficult to come by..even the dead count is all over the place. However the US press reports the baby survived the inital attack....the entire thing is such a tragedy and for no apparent motive but to terrorize.

  29. There was another report but this one is a diffrent case and it happened in Nuevo Leon state, some Z alcones went to extort the mayor Of Los Herreras a municipality north east of Monterrey the capital of the state. Well these fools apparently got to the town hall shouting at the employees and threatning them that they needed to speak to the mayor, the mayor greeted them and he was told by the female to pay up 50 pesos or he would be killed. Little did she know that inside the townhall was a Captain of the marina and when he steped out of his office to see what the comotion was about, the lady ran to the vehicle where 5 other gunmen awaited, they steped on the gas towards Cerralvo N.L but the Captain radiod to his unit stationed in San Vicente, a town in between both municipalitys. Make story short all 6 of the Z were killed in San Vcente.

Yes there are other cartels in Mexico and one terrorist group the scum bag zetas.

Matazetas orders are to heat up the plaza? their orders are to wipe out these roaches.

you said "I guess the Beltran Leyvas are bigger than what people say if Chapo had to ask for support from these kidnappers, extorcionist, killers of innocents".

Umm, Beltran leyvas were the ones that asked the terrorist group zetas and CDJ to join up to fight CDS. CDG asked CDS for help along with La Familia to battle in the north east.

Chapo never asked for support from these kidnappers , extortionist, killers of innocents and you forgot to mention terrorist los zetas.

That is who were referring to as terrorist etc etc...right?

  38. "Umm, Beltran leyvas were the ones that asked the terrorist group zetas and CDJ to join up to fight CDS. CDG asked CDS for help along with La Familia to battle in the north east. "

CDJ has never worked for or joined Zetas or beltranes. LFM were put on the hit list for killing CDJ members after Coronel died by CDS. People were confused because there was a 2 week alliance between LFM and CDS and it then fell apart when LFM started to attack Coronel's ex people AKA CDJNG.

    Ps.
Where are all you zeta fan homo's at? They are no different than those of you who talk in ghetto gibberish and think you are a badass thug until a citizen puts a 45 caliber hole in you for trying to rob them.

  39. Chapo never asked for support from CDG???

Yeah thats why there is cells in Guerrero and Morelos trying to stop BLO from expanding.Since Chapo needs his people back in Culiacan, now more than ever.If thats not support I dont know what is.
My point is clear everyone hates Zetas, but CDG is the same shit, they arent known as the "good guys" everyone thinks.

Nowhere in the article did it mention it was Zetas that did this,so thats how I know you people are making shit up.

Who ever it was its still a despicable act but it pisses me off how ignorant people are as to say only Zetas can do this,CDG and CDS are not capable if doing this, cus they are the "good guys" slowly but surely, without being aware of it,each and everyone of you, yeah you that is reading this comment,is starting to favor a Cartel, wheter you guys like to admit or not.Makes you stop and think, doesnt it???@ 10:02 am & at everyone in general.

  43. Hate to be Captain Obvious, but do the "powers that be" realize how screwed up their country "REALLY" is? I`m not saying other countries are screwed up, but killing each other for "fear factor" is just out there in terms of reasons to kill. Not that other countries that have people being killed is more just, it`s usually that their is an upheaval of some sort. This is just for sport it seems. I really think these people are enjoying the adrenaline "rush" if you will of killing. Sort of the way a deer hunter enjoys killing, but without keeping a trophy or eating the meat. This is just beyond words and comprehension, and it galls me that the MSM in the USA doesn`t report on this. I`ve seen Fox cover it, HuffPost a little, but mainly by NBC and MSNBC, it gets ignored.

  44. @ Dec 28, 11:28 am- Your joking right? Legalizing drugs will "STOP" these "cartels" from wanting to make money? If anything, Legalizing drugs will make them WORSE! Much worse. They are not going to suddenly drop there guns, go to college, get an education and a vocation are they? NO! they are still going to be in Mexico looking for an easy buck, and that easy buck is going to be kidnapping for ransom, extorting legitimate businessess, and any other sick and twisted thing they can come up with to make a dollar other than working for it. You legalize drugs, and watch Mexico burn in a worse hell than it is. At least for a good decade or so till all the vermin are extinguished.

Calderon stop wasting money trying to clear up the way for Chapo,I would of respected you so much if instead you build schools in Sinaloa,Durango,Tamaulipas or where ever these organizations are popping up from,or have helped thousands of extremely poor people throughout the whole Country.Instead you created power vacums throughout the whole country.Calderon made Mexico even more dangerous than it was before, theres so much proof,im not just speaking out of nowhere.

What has Calderon done for the Citizens??,lets be real.
Calderon should be hangged like Sadam, for being a traitor to his own Country, and for completely have forgotten of the average citizen that feeds him and his family.

Please show me solid proof that Calderon is somehow involved with chapo? Guzman is not someone new to the drug scene, he's was around way before Calderon even thought of running for president.

I could very easily say that calderon is protecting z40 and lazcano because they haven't been caught and are killing, robbing, extorting and raping people all over Mexico as we speak, but I would be a compleat idiot in assuming this.

Calderon is just the president of Mexico, he has no magic wand.

You are right on. It is foolish to believe legalizing drugs will stop this. As a law man I don't see an innocent joint or pot smoker. I see everything behind it that got it there, all the dead and tortured. There is nothing frivolous or innocent in smoking weed. One cannot turn their backs on what is happening in Mexico and the US just to get high.

All the lost generations of Mexico whose conscience has been seared by the violence, torture, drugs and murder. This should be front page news in every newspaper in America until it stops. Even the El Paso times has started minimizing the reporting on this and it's just across a ditch from Juarez.

  53. Speaking from a U.S. business owners perspective, legalizing or de-criminalizing drugs is "NOT" the solution. All U.S. businesses (small, medium & large) will oppose these types of political measures if they are placed on the voting ballot.

To keep businesses afloat & earn as much profit as possible, businesses require their employees to be mentally & physically clear thinking & performing. Many U.S. businesses are now aware of the dangers of drug addicted employees and have now implemented drug testing (some random, some not); forcing drug addicted employees to either clean up their addiction or be faced with job termination. Other businesses have updated their policies for immediate job termination.

Long story short, if burdensome laws are placed on businesses forcing them to keep low performing drug addicted workers, America will have a mass exodus of businesses relocating to other countries, with the end results seeing the U.S. economy spiraling downwards into worse conditions than Mexico.

And this scenario is just an example from a business owners’ perspective. From a social or individual perspective...many individuals have witnessed up close & personal the destructive nature of drug use from friends, relatives, neighbors, etc. etc. and will also vote against legalizing or de-criminalizing drugs.

No matter how you look at it, legalizing/decriminalizing drugs has massive implications and will affect every citizen, business & institutions in America.

  58. @4:22 Solid proof???? I mean the guy escapes a maximum security prison eventhough everyone knew he was a drug lord, his son Ivan Archivaldo Guzman was arrested and( in my point of view),they negotiated his release, suprisingly El Mochomo was arrested then Ivan Archivaldo Guzman was released, supposibly because they had no charges,or evidence against him eventhough everyone knows he has been getting ready to take over after Chapo dies,or gets too old.

Also everyone knew, because there is proof, that Arturo Beltran Leyva was whopping Chapos ass all over the Country,so what does Calderon do instead of attacking both Cartels equally he orders a huge operation over 200 Marines/Military officers to kill Chapos biggest rival, that was literately ordering his people to kill any of Chapos people on sight, throughout the whole Country.

I think you must either be in love with Calderon or completely ignorant as to say,Calderon attacks all cartels equally.

The fact that the president of the Country Calderon had to order a media press just to clarify,No my goverment doesnt favor the Sinaloa Cartel,my goverment attacks all Cartel equally, definately gives off the idea that something is definately not right.
