Then it's going to be Americas problem. These rats will re-align and start contacting the same business to steal from them. They are a disgrace, greedy, bastards who have no morals. The trash is coming here America, so get ready.rosenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5195137745759962560.post-74759891588877735702010-12-31T15:41:48.872-07:002010-12-31T15:41:48.872-07:00I agree with ajulio about the people of Juarez bei...I agree with ajulio about the people of Juarez being overall decent and wholesome folk..

'For the thousands of times I've been to juarez, I have never seen any form of violence except for a few fights(one that I got into). Juarenses are really not violent people.'

I, too, have always been treated well there despite even when once I made a total drunken ass out of myself one night in a bar there. I have faith that the people of Juarez will eventually win their seemingly constant fight against criminality... government and otherwise.

Ernest1Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5195137745759962560.post-30343570534487034812010-12-30T22:24:22.871-07:002010-12-30T22:24:22.871-07:00THIS ARTICLE SPEAKS THE TRUTH. Too many businesses have been forced to shut down or have been burned and el paso flourishes while juarez's rich open lucrative businesses. They have given el paso more culture but they have taken away money from the other small american business owners and they have abandoned their beloved city. Its a double edged sword.

I don't see juarez recovering soon. Juarez is an ugly looking city but its people have so much heart and pride. This city use to have a lot of life. The women in juarez were attractive and very hospitable towards americans. The clubs and bars were crazy fun(and so many). No one can party like mexicans. I miss going to a lil taco stand off of de la raza after we would come from a club. Their after hour parties were off the hook too. If you were american, they wouldn't hustle you like they do in tijuana or df. Once I accidentally gave a poor juarez vendor too much money. I think I gave her 200 pesos instead of 20 pesos and she corrected me and gave me the right change. These people are honest good hearted people. I know this through experience.

For the thousands of times I've been to juarez, I have never seen any form of violence except for a few fights(one that I got into). Juarenses are really not violent people. Its just a minority that are controlling this poor lil city. These assholes have destroyed their own ciudad. Once businesses leave, the city crumbles. Now juarez is a city on its knees. It no longer has a personality and now it can hold its head down for declaring itself as the most violent city in the world. US based reporters like this WILL WEISSERT of the Associated Press usually only talk very much to the more privileged upper Middle Class and well to do types when afterwards they go out and write press 'reports' like this one. Most Mexicans in Juarez that leave the city or heading South and not north across the Rio Bravo at all.

'As commerce in the city dries up, even Juarez residents who do not move north cross into El Paso more frequently for services no longer available in their neighborhoods and spend $220 million a year in El Paso, said Murguia.'

YES, they have border crosser cords and not US immigration papers. Who with money in Mexico wants to go party now on Friday or Saturday nights when they can head to a much safer locale to play? I bet the biggest problem for some of these folk is how boring they find El Paso!

Ernest1Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
