Authorities are very quick, sometimes, to label a criminal element 'finished', or 'broken', they did it with Arellano Felix for years, even though it took numerous arrests, and years of just being hammered by the police/military to destabilize it, to the point it is today. <br /><br />I don't see why they would resort to robbing banks, why wouldn't their crystal still be moving in the US?
