Ovidio Guzmán Ask For Forgiveness

"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

Video translation is as follows:

Ovidio Guzman aka El Ratón son of El Chapo Guzman sent a message from the maximum security prison of Altiplano to the community of Jesus Maria in Sinaloa asking for forgiveness after the ravages of the operation that brought about his capture on January 5.

According to Milenio, through his relatives, El Ratón apologized to the community for the damage caused during the early hours of that Thursday morning and asked that word spread in the town. And that is what El Ratón's own family members have done. According to Milenio, whenever they can, they pass on Ovidio's message and ask that the word spread throughout the community.

The petition to the plebes, as he calls them, is spread among all the inhabitants with the understanding that there is still fear and discomfort because of what happened.  It is reported that a month after the so-called Culiacanazo, the streets of Jesus Maria are still empty and spent shellings can still be found near the house of El Ratón.

So far, according to Milenio's report, the army remains in the town where they have installed a checkpoint at the entrance to the syndicate. They have also deployed food distribution services, haircuts, medical services, and maintenance to the four schools in the community.

Ovidio faces charges in the United States for conspiracy to traffic cocaine, methamphetamine, and marijuana between 2008 and 2018. The U.S. government has requested his extradition. In this regard, a federal judge granted a stay of execution in respect to the acts consistent with Ovidio Guzman Lopez not to be presented before the U.S. justice. And to remain in the place where he is at the disposal of the court.

Only with reason to his personal freedom and not to be delivered to the government of the United States of America nor to any other state.  The same federal judge decreed the suspension so that the execution of such acts immediately ceases.

  1. Fentanyl is very poorly made and Biden is pissed about it. Even if he takes the serafín route he's looking at least 8 years in prison

  2. United States should trade him for Chapo Guzman. Chapo is a pioneer on the business. He was de guy needed to keep control.

    3. @5:20 so you want Ovidio to be “imprisoned” for the rest of his life, but believe in legalizing drugs??

The Mexican government did this arrest for show. Biden was in town so they wanted to impress the ol man. Would you sign his extradition papers at risk of losing your life and possibly your family being wiped out?

    6. @8.31. It's possible to believe in legalising drugs but also believe in life imprisonment for murderers. And the fact that you are suggesting he and his men would wipe out the entire family of anybody who signed his extradition papers kind of defeats your argument- Anybody who would do that deserves life in prison, whether there is a political angle or not.

  7. Oh wow. All the criminals say the eme and nuestra familia are against killing kids but, drum roll, they have no problem slinging drugs that kill 10Ks of kids each year and all the while being bumboys for the Mexican cartels who boil babies in 45 gallon drums, slice their throats and riddle them with bullets. Yeah y'all criminals have morals...too funny!

  10. 5:20 I’m with you, legalise drugs and take it out of criminals hands. Let the government provide drugs (I’m currently on governmental supplied methadone) to , I don’t pay for it. It’s free daily doses. I haven’t bought heroin in over 20years. I was spending $600 Australian dollars a day on it at my worst point. I was saved when government methadone program. I get my dose from the local pharmacy.

    1. I’m agree The Americans government should pay for clean needles and free fentanyl for harm reduction. The cost per dose is so minuscule that taxes won’t even have to be raised. The DEA and FBI can use existing informants and networks of control to provide the fentanyl

This will save lives and make America greats Again

  12. It’s crazy how in the open he was living…Hard to know what to believe with the amount of rumours spread online. He was living very comfortably and so in the open it’s hard to believe the government has ever NOT KNOWN where he was.
