Four people were killed and a private helicopter was set on fire in the municipality of Tamasopo, informed the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) of San Luis Potosi.

The events took place around 7:00 am in a property in the town of Agua Buena, where elements of the Investigation Police and the Secretary of National Defense (Sedena) went to begin the first investigations in order to clarify what happened, according to the agency in a press release.

The bodies of the four people were taken to the Forensic Medical Service (Semele) to determine the cause of death, and that at the scene of the crime some posters with messages alluding to organized crime were found.

According to initial indications, the helicopter, which provided tourist services, was not shot down or fell, but was presumably set on fire on the site.

The State Civil Guard, the PDI and the Sedena are carrying out a search operation to find those responsible, while the FGE continues the investigations to determine the motive for the aggression and clarify what happened.
