CDN Member Jose David Moreno Extradited to Texas on Drug Trafficking Charges

"Socalj" for Borderland Beat
Moreno, a high-ranking member of the CDN, was wanted on multiple charges for conspiracy to possess and related criminal drug charges in the Southern District of Texas.

A high-ranking member of the Cartel Del Noreste has been extradited through Laredo to face drug charges in Texas, authorities said. On Thursday, the Government of Mexico detained Jose David Moreno in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Moreno was extradited via the Juarez-Lincoln International Bridge in Laredo on Friday. The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offender and Fugitive Task Force Laredo Division received Moreno at the international bridge. Moreno was escorted under heavy guard to a federal holding facility by Laredo police, US Marshals Laredo Task Force, the Webb County Sheriff’s Office, and the U.S. Border Patrol.

This is the second CDN cartel figure turned over to U.S. officials. Last week, as reported by Borderland Beat, CDN leader Juan Gerardo Treviño Chavez, also known as “El Huevo,” was handed over to the U.S. Marshals and the FBI for deportation by Mexico’s Attorney General and the Mexican Army.

Treviño Chavez’s arrest spurred gun battles, explosions, and burning blockades around the Sister City of Nuevo Laredo. Treviño Chavez was also the leader of a group of sicarios called “Tropas del Infierno.”

  4. El Fer 35 was a member of the Tropa del Infierno, and his death is what got Comandante Kenzo killed, the FER are the Fuerzas Especiales de Reacion and they are a special forces group under the SEDENA

    1. Yes, the Fuerzas Especiales de Reacion (FER) are Special Forces within the Mexican Army.
El Fer de La 35 was someone from the Tropa Del Infierno, who was killed in 2019 along with that one youngster everyone kept mistaking for Juanito Pistolas with his head completely severed from bullet impacts

    1. No,
Fer 35 was a dude from CDN

And the FER (Fuerzas Especiales de Reacion) is an acronym for a group in the military, someone above was saying that there is an special armed wing in the CDN named FER 35. But Fer just refers to the guy Fer not a whole armed wing.
I was clarifying cause there is a special group called FER but they are not CDN they are part of the military.
