The General Prosecutor's Office of the State of Puebla arrested 19 people who work at the Social Reintegration Center (Ceresso) of San Miguel to investigate them for the discovery of a dead baby of approximately three months of age at the Penitentiary Center.

The detainees, among which are directors, are investigated for "abuse of authority or non-compliance with a duty; infractions to laws and regulations on burial and exhumations; and cover up ".

The minor, Tadeo, was found dead in a prison garbage container on January 10. The authorities confirmed that it is the body that was illegally exhumed from a cemetery of San Nicolás Tolentino, in Iztapalapa, CDMX.

Likewise, the Secretary of State Public Security, Rogelio López, was dismissed from his position.
