Mexicali, Baja California: Armed Criminal Cell Kidnaps An Asian Woman

On the night of Wednesday, August 25, a woman was kidnapped by a group of armed men who intercepted her when she was outside a branch of the ABSA store, located a short distance from the Civic Center of Mexicali.

Around 8:00 p.m., the authorities received an emergency call to report what happened outside the aforementioned store of asianl origin, located around Adolfo López Mateos Boulevard.

According to what an eyewitness said, also of Chinese origin, while he was near that district located next to an apartment building.

When he observed that suddenly, a group of five individuals got out of a vehicle and pointed at the victim of asian origin and forced her to enter the car in question.

Xu Baoxian, 42 years old, is the name of the victim, who has documentation that allows her to have a permanent residence in Baja California.

The criminals also took several cell phones and money from the business, then fled in a car for which no data was provided.
