    El Mayo and El Chapo May have been old school capos, but they don’t have an old school sense of honor, both of them have snitched to the DEA repeatedly. The only way CDS was able to become most powerful cartel in Mexico was to rely on corrupt govt officials like Garcia Luna to get rid of their enemies for them. Otherwise they never could’ve defeated Tijuana, Juarez, Gulf, and Zetas. The Mexican government should arrest Mayo immediately and extradite his ass to America immediately, or else there will be more bloodshed.

United States.Cigarettes cost $16 a pack until your local bodega knows you're just a smoker not an agent of some state or local agency. Then they sell you the "special" cigarettes" with the out of state tax sticker on them instead of the crazy expensive NY State tax stamps.These out of state smokes are sold for $8-9 pack. So it is big biz here in the big Apple!
