Governor of Tabasco says untrained pilots render $12.7mdp drone useless, while $40mdp helicopter is MIA

TABASCO.- The 12.7 million peso drone acquired by the Arturo Núñez Jiménez administration is kept in boxes because there is no trained personnel to man it, revealed Governor Adán Augusto López Hernández, who did not rule out it being put up for sale.

The equipment acquired in 2017 with recourse to a loan authorized by the Local Congress.

Governor Adán Augusto López Hernández, explained that it is packed in boxes and only once in the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) could it be flown but special technical capabilities are required that are not available and therefore it is not in use.

"It takes two aviators and an area of 30 hectares so it can take off That and land. It is not easy. We made it available to the Secretary of the Navy, of Defense. But not even they have been able to operate, I mean, it is a shame that equipment like that has been acquired, which is clearly inoperative in Tabasco ”, he lamented.

López Hernández, said that the possibility of putting it on the market and selling it to a State or a country that might be interested in it is being analyzed.

“We could sell it. But that drone is -to be honest-, nonsense compounded by the fact that it has been acquired with a credit, authorized by Congress for security, there it is, whenever you want we will go on a tour so that you can see it and vow to never make the same mistake again, "he said.

The governor of Tabasco said that not only was the drone an unnecessary expense, but also the payment of 40 million pesos for the purchase of a helicopter that was never delivered by the supplier.

"The helicopter could be put to use. Deputies of the PRD, above all they should know, where the helicopter was left that they paid for. They never handed it over to the government," he said.

  1. 17 million is poppycock when compared to 300 or 200 million bank withdrawals secretary of public security miguel angel osorio chon "KORS" used to make for "secret confidential operatives" while EPN flew with his boyfriends in the presidential plane.
But governor of the Jaliskas enrique alfaro paying 20 000 million pesos to a defunct Pharmaceutical for non-existent COVID 19 vaccines and medications is a ball of BS waay out of the ballpark

    1. Ya almost had me on that one, 006.

It would have been funnier if you said something along the lines of...

“Thank you to the Tabasco government for the wonderful new drone and helicopter! Ivan has already put 5,000 kilometers on the chopper. Sincerely, CDS”

    1. 12:29 FORMER GOVERNOR Arturo Nuñez Jimenez, he bought them and probably just stole the Helicopter money, but the drone paid him just a kickback as he was going home, sellers and lenders need not be paid for shit like this, bank lenders should not be paid either because they are in the middle of all this shit...
