Lozoya's leaked complaint points to El Financiero and columnist Lourdes Mendoza

As part of his complaint to the Attorney General's Office (FGR), the former director of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), Emilio Lozoya Austin, revealed that on the orders of the former Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, Luis Videgaray Caso gave a Chanel bag to columnist Lourdes Mendoza, and the newspaper El Financiero allegedly received a loan of a 100 million.

In the 63-page complaint, Lozoya describes that Videgaray asked that a Chanel bag be purchased for between $ 4,000 and $ 5,000, for Mendoza who allegedly would have received the gift.
