  6. Crisis Officers...give me a break. What we're going to get is cops like in Mexico...the last people you call if you have a problem.
When I lived in Mexico in the 1960s, we taught our young to find a couple, man and woman, for help if alone and in need. Never ask a cop for help.

    1. Yuk! a person man/woman who judges before even seeing. prejudice; preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.

I think you are living in the 60s BB follower. That said I am speaking of U.S.

The mentally ill cut deep into the municipal budgets of PDs. and police well meaning but untrained. MO usually is, and this is in the best of scenarios, no one gets hurt and the mentally ill, often schizophrenic are jailed. They come out and repeat. too much resouring is used by this.
and the majority of killings by cops are mentally ill persons.

People with Untreated Mental Illness 16 Times More Likely to Be Killed By Law Enforcement.

they account for as many as half of all fatal police shootings.

  8. Hello, can anybody tell me what makes Celaya (or the entire state of Guanajuato) important?

The border states I get it. Direct way to the USA.

    But what makes Guanajuato important?

I am genuinly curious of what makes Celaya an important place.

    1. 4:40 Celaya like the rest of the State of Guanajuato are governed by a crook, put together all the crime on the state, under state, municipal and federal police and you will see clearly it leads to the state governor.

    2. There is a fuel refinery in Salamanca and several pipelines run thru the area containing fuel. The pipeline’s are tapped and the fuel is stolen and then sold.

    3. I think all of this crap started because cjng wanted to get into the fuel theft but as of right now it got personal cause fuel theft has gonne down

    4. AMLO closed and shut down the Salamanca pipelines, any areas where Huachicol ruled has no PEMEX gas stations buying gas from PEMEX the owners chose to buy cheap stolen fuels from huachicoleros, the general FROM EPN's own Estadk mayor in charge of PEMEX plants security was diapensing stolen fuels from Pemex own outlets, others from illegal pipe breaks, the the huachicoleros and their local politicians got mad and went to War against everybody and their dog demanding more more and more money from AMLO, TO STEAL AND PRIVATIZE IT.
Gas stations had to start buying fuels from PEMEX again, and governors resent that so much they got chaffing from their calzones...

  10. Yes Floyd case is straight up murder. Maybe 1st degree,
but to the Mr willis Buttism who pointed out he was not mentally ill...read sloooooooower to comprehend words.

It is 50% killed are mentally ill. Not 100%

2019 there were 9 killed by police in the U.S.

as for the 48 police killed feloniously in 2019:

Officer Profiles. The average age of the officers who were feloniously killed was 40 years old. The victim officers had served in law enforcement for an average of 13 years at the times of the fatal incidents.

    45 were male
    3 were female
    40 were white
    7 were black/African American
    1 was Asian.

  11. 12:46 It is astounding that criminals as a whole kill less police officers than police officers with special powers and great training, education, and benefits who kill more victims of their mighty powers with official impunity...
I hope George Floyd's murder does not turn into a "death penalty on the spot" for the mentally challenged Case Law.
