"El Chino Ántrax" disappears on "supervised release"... arrest warrant issued

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat-Thank you C.H. via email

When arrested in 2013, San Diego’s then-U.S. attorney called him “one of the highest-ranking Sinaloa Cartel kingpins ever prosecuted in the United States.”

On March 3, 2020 José Rodrigo Aréchiga Gamboa, alias "El Chino Ántrax" was granted a 51 month supervised release.

His probation officer arrived at Aréchiga’s approved residence for a scheduled appointment.  The P.O. not only discovered Aréchiga missing but also all of his belongings.

With the exception of his cell phone.

Attempts to connect with Aréchiga failed, therefore the probation officer notified the court of the violation and the court issued the warrant.

Conditions for the release include the notification and approval of any address change at least 10 days prior to the move.

Leaving behind the cell phone says it all.

“I’m truly ashamed. I promise you I will never again go the wrong way. I would like to be able to work honestly,”  said Aréchiga to the court during sentencing.

Further stating that when he is released, he hoped to work in “construction and home remodeling”.

In court Aréchiga expressed his desire to return to Mexico and his family.   By all accounts he comes from a respected family.

His father held positions in Sinaloa government, including commissioner of communal lands, treasurer of state highways and a congressional representative, according to a letter filed to the court.

Aréchiga mother has her master’s degree, and Aréchiga siblings all have advanced degrees.
He grew up with the zamabada family, Arechiga formed close bonds with the Zambada boys.

“They went to school together. They played together. They participated in sports together. They attended social events together. They grew to be best friends,” his attorney wrote.  El Mayo is supposedly very fond of Aréchiga.

Aréchiga was extradited to San Diego in July 2014 and a year later he pleaded guilty and entered into a plea deal --see below--. In the plea agreement, he said he belonged to the Sinaloa cartel since 2005.

Lyrics from a recent Corrido:

“We miss you Commander 5 (Chino Antrax) here we wait for you

The Anthrax warn you’re not finished”

    1. @ 006- you should know he is going right to where El Mayo commanded him to go. You Mr. 006, should already know that EL Mayo wants to have a little debriefing session (of his own) with Mr. Chino Antrax.

Two things could happen. One of which, most certainly will happen. He will either be killed by Macho Prieto's men or he will become a part of Los Antrax again. Assuming the role he had previously.

I know 100% that he went back to Mexico on El Mayo's order. Who else thinks this???

    6. Let me try to understand. Sicarios good? snitches bad? Wtf is wrong with you?? These cartels are the closest thing to Adolph Hitler's Ww11 Germany. Both groups murder women. Both groups murder children. Both groups murder innocents. There is honor in kidnapping kids, and forcing civilians to become Sicarios. There is honor in dissolving bodies in acid. There is honor in chopping bodies to pieces and dumping the remains on their relatives doorstep. The only dishonor apparently is when killers, rapists, kidnappers, extortionists, arsonists, and drug traffickers pass information to the police to save their own asses. Imagine sociopaths acting like sociopaths. Wow what are the odds!!

That would bring more harm to his person because people who were not aware of the cover-up may try to detain or kill Mr. Chino Antrax, thinking he is a wanted criminal.

Your conspiracy theory has been shot down, my friend. Mr. Antrax went right to where Mr. Zambada told him to go. Sinaloa, Badiriguato to be precise. Up in the mountains.

the USA government would not give him a witness protection deal and then turn right around and make him look like an escaped criminal. That brings heat to Mr. Chino Antrax. Do you not agree?

That puts his and his families lives at risk. If someone is not "in" on the cover-up, they may try to detain Mr. Chino Antrax, thinking he is an escaped fugitive. This is not how witness protection works. Sorry to say.

  47. 6:41: Of course they did not!!! But the show must go on in the WoD. By following 'protocol' and going through the motions it gives the impression that this is a fair and reasonable policy.

How else could the credibility of the colossaly failed WoD be safe guarded?

  50. I’m sure authorities know if he ran or was taken. I’m sure the place had cameras all over. It could be a hundred scenarios. He may have been lured back to Sinaloa thinking all is good and it could be an ambush or he could be in Venezuela drinking whiskey with that narco president. I’m sure in a year or 2 we’ll find out. With technology today the world is a small place.

  52. If anyone thought that the American's released Chino without thinking he was going to run you are foolish. The DEA and CIA both knew he would flee. They aren't after Chino they are looking for Chapitos and Mayo. Dont think they arent tracking Chino they know where he is going.

The second thing I would do as Mr. Chino Antrax is round up the remnants of my old posse and go torture and kill each man that kidnapped, raped and killed my beloved soulmate. Her name was Yuriana Castillo Torres.

The cops should prosecute the lawyers for helping this guy escape. Lawyers are pieces if shit anyways.

  62. ANYONE here heard of some fake lame ass clown 🤡 who has a Youtube channel who goes by the name of OG shadow who claims he was Antrax?

The lame hides behind a mask and claims he was very involved with the “business”. Anyone with real knowledge on the drug game knows the guy is bullshit.

Funny thing is I suspect hes a guy that posts here as "Michael Miller" same expresion from that guy. Pretends to know inside info just stating general ideas but knows nothing. Always saying X cartel will be done in X months and hes always wrong. lol Hes a delusional fraud.

    6. Haha I can’t believe some who don’t know anything on the drug game and follow him think that lame OG shadow is real and was in the game. That guy is hella fake and dry snitching. He wears Sinaloa cap 🧢 and proud of them snitches just like his ancestry from there!

      Delete
    7. Curious as to why you assume he is a faker. He’s shown his surroundings before in his videos and he’s definitely in Sinaloa. That part is most certainly real. I obviously can’t attest to him legitimately being in the business at one point BUT a gringo living in Sinaloa and vlogging about cartel business of any kind seems like a recipe for a disappearance to me. Fake or not. But he’s still walking around making videos and I can only assume he has someone’s blessing to do so otherwise he’d be in the ground by now.

  63. Ok let me throw this comment out there, his wife was killed, maybe he wants revange, he went to mexico so he can snitch on who ever killed his wife and DEA was in it, just a thought, really suspicious how a fresh big fish vearly out of jail guy can slip from the DEA's hands

    ReplyDelete

    1. Snitching in Mexico doesn’t work the same as in the U.S. he would most definitely be found Dead one morning because “he hung himself” going to Mex would be the stupidest thing he could do.

      Delete
    2. Maybe he just wants to kill the guy who killed his wife and after that he doesnt really care what happens to him, a lot of mexicans are really proud and dont give a crap what happens to them as long as they get their revange

    3. It was his baby mama not his wife

      Delete
    4. @ 8:02 - if he wanted that, all he would have to do is make a call and not do it himself. His baby mama was killed for several reasons, but this is sadly part of this game. Reality is shocking but they are too deep into it to get out, cash out, and/stop

    1. I don’t think that Mencho would meet with a rat snitch that just escaped supervised released. Too much heat. Chino would have to bring something big to the table. He worked Baja when he was out but now he is a broke snitch has been. Nothing to offer. Made lots of enemies. Only his own people would accept him back

  67. He's good with mayo chino was close to VZ almost like a brother the really bonded in TJ so mayo will accept him with open arms and will replace ruso and fight the chapitos its gonna get rough in culiacan think about it all the stuff chino gordo VZ serafin snitched on was old stuff as soon as mayo saw either one get caught he switched up his operation... chinos gonna go to war with chapitos with mayos blessing

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. He’s not going to go to war with anyone. Mayo does not want war that’s the reason he told Ruso to stand down, he had no other choice but to listen to Mayo. Besides chino is out of touch. New people are in power and ántrax are essentially dead. It’s not like it used to be and it never will be the same again.

  69. Cholo will be out soon helping the chapitos

    ReplyDelete
  70. In all seriousness I cant believe people out here saying hes going to go to war with the chapitos. Let me give you context. If he didnt do anything when they wacked his squad at the prime of his control and power, much less is he going to do after losing the seat to new comers in Culiacan. Ivan slapped Chino in front of his cronies and not a single one did a thing. Why? Cause Ivan is a Jefe and Chino was just a pistolero ;). Everyone knew that. Ivan has personally humiliated Chino on multiple occasions. Chino is a coo guy but let's not compare a Jefe with a pistolero. Period
