They report 10 homicides in the last hours, in Tijuana-so far in April there have been 101 killings

Ten murders, including that of a 16-year-old boy, were recorded between Friday, April 17 and this Saturday, April 18, according to information revealed by the State Security and Investigation Guard. So far this year, 576  victims have been counted.

On the morning of April 17, at the facilities of the Issstecali Mirador Hospital, 53-year-old Valentín Amador López perished. The subject, who was the victim of an armed attack a day earlier on Alamar Avenue in the Murua neighborhood, arrived at the hospital with injuries to the abdomen and right lumbar.

Later, on Calle 5 de Mayo, on the corner of Mesquite, Colonia 3 de Octubre, there was another armed attack in which a man, still unidentified, and a minor named Sandy Darina, died. 10 mm caliber bushings and one bullet casing were collected at the site.

At noon that same day, a name that responded to the name of Tarcicio Javier Nevarez Bernabe, 37, was shot to death on Álvaro Gálvez street in front of address number 30, Colonia Campos.

In the afternoon, at approximately 3:30 p.m., on Hernán Cortez street behind the Felipa Viuda de Arellano school, in the Camino Verde neighborhood, a young man between 20-25 years old was killed.

At night, a teenager named Joel Eduardo Lino García, 16 years old, perished from gunshot wounds to the head, left arm and right forearm, he succumbed to his injuries at the IMSS Regional General Hospital # 1. The attack occurred in the Natura division.

While the dawn of this April 18, 44-year-old José Enrique Rodríguez Medrano died at the Red Cross. Data obtained refer to the fact that the victim was shot in the Colonia Libertad, lower part.

Later, the discovery of two lifeless bodies inside two plastic drums was reported to the emergency center. The crime scene dates from Calle Francisco Villa, Colonia Ejido Francisco Villa Sur.

Finally, inside the COBACH Siglo XXI school campus, located in Canyon K, Centro, a couple was found dead. The victims, a man and a woman, had ties with plastic ties around their necks.

So far in April there have been 101 homicides.
