Five people killed and burned to death in Jalisco torture house

"MX" for Borderland Beat
The house in Zapopan, Jalisco, where the five bodies were found; second floor was set on fire
Five people were found dead inside a home in the state of Jalisco over the weekend. Investigators said the victims were tied up and brutally tortured with a tourniquet before the house was set on fire. The incident occurred in La Estancia neighborhood in Zapopan, a suburb of the Guadalajara metropolitan area.

The first responders to arrive at the scene were the Jalisco State Police and municipal firefighters. They arrived at the scene after an anonymous citizen made an emergency call of a house fire at around 7:30 p.m. Neighborhood residents told the police that they thought the house was abandoned since they never noticed any activity from the house in two years.

Authorities have not discarded the possibility that this property may have been used by an organized crime group as a "torture house".

Background
Investigators believe that houses like the one in Zapopan are used by organized crime members as "torture houses". In the past, they have found houses in the area where the victims were brutally tortured. The torture methods include electrocution, forcing victims into a hole and feeding them to animals, or starving them to death. In this case, some of the victims showed torture wounds on their necks after their captors used a tourniquet.

Example of a tourniquet, which was used to torture the victim's on their necks
This was not the first mass murder incident reported in La Estancia, Zapopan. On 3 July 2019, authorities discovered one corpse and three severed heads inside a house. Close to this neighborhood in Ciudad Granja, on 12 August 2019, the police discovered ten people inside a home. More than half of them were killed by their captors.

The Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) and its splintered cells operate in Guadalajara and its surrounding municipalities, including Zapopan. Jalisco is a strategic state for organized crime groups because of its economic output and geographical attributes for drug trafficking operations. The Guadalajara metropolitan area also offers a huge opportunity for money laundering.

Bloody weekend in Jalisco
Between Saturday evening (when the arson was reported) and up until Sunday at noon, at least 10 homicides were reported throughout the entire Guadalajara metropolitan area, with has approximately 4.8 million people. This urban area is the largest in the state of Jalisco and the second largest in the country after Greater Mexico City.

In neighborhood Lomas de Polanco in Guadalajara, a 35-year-old woman was shot in the face and killed at around 11:30 p.m. Nearly at the same time, in Colón Industrial neighorhood, a man was gunned down by unknown assailants.

At around 1:40 a.m., a man was killed in a drive-by shooting as he walked with his girlfriend in Santa Elena de la Cruz neighborhood. Before dawn, the police found a bullet-ridden man inside a vehicle in Las Bóvedas neighborhood. In the municipality of Tlaquepaque, the police discovered an encobijado, a dead person found wrapped in blankets, stuffed in a stroller.

    7. Hiding in governor enrique Alvarez's residence...it is traditional that state governments secret police/ death squads have hidden detention centers, as a matter of fack, the Pinichet dictatorship specialized in that very soon, then Javier duarte de Ochoa, La Marrana de Veracruz, and the crown bitches of mexican government, the DFS and federal Police were discovered to have their own when an earthquake demolished a few.
In CD Juarez, again. The famous Casas de la Muerte, all Linias and state police...allied in secret with US ATF etc listening and recording while people got tortured and murdered.
Enrique Alfaro betraying the very people that brought him to oower, 5he CJNG with assist of Sergio Kurt Schmidt, who may or may be not allied to "governor alfaro" anymó" because alfaro's pharmaceuticals got a more decent offer than the bunch of criminals that put him in office...
Governor alfaro can't show his hand or his face for these "jobs", right?

    4. You do realice culiacan is a town not a city? In culiacan you can see who goes in and out, it should be really easy to control, but guadalajara is the second largest city in mexico, there is just no way you can control it all, despite that cjng has control of the bast mayority of guadalajara reason why you just dont see sinaloas going to guanatos only cholos people who are actually from jalisco but cant really touch cjng, when you want comment be serious

    5. With partners like 85, Aguila Beltran, and 53 (even though he’s deceased), Cholo and CNP are becoming a force that can battle CJNG for a long time, not to mention CDS backers. All of the previously mentioned were major traffickers with good connections in Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, China, India, Germany, and many other supplier nations. That means major $ to fund the war, which is the most important factor in narco-conflicts today (as mentioned in the article about Chupon, G3 and Chupon called off the war in Chihuahua because they couldn’t fund it anymore).

    6. @2:49 show me a single instance of 85 being mentioned in a CJNG manta since his release. Analyze the CNP video with the sicarios in black skinny jeans, think critically and fill in the blanks on what is and isn't said. Same with La Corona video talking about "para el señor honorable, el señor Mr Presidente". Se te olvidó poner "Y arriba mi Sinaloa"
@10:28 a leguas se ve que eres un morro nini, the same posts every single time. CJNG don't need to go fight in CLN, sus socios arreglan sus propios problemas en Sinaloa. Pon atención

  4. I few years back Zetas used that same torture tourniquet technique in some CDGs the video was brutal. Some fat boy got his head chopped off, starting behind the neck, the beheader struggled cutting it off and the victim well the victim suffered a slow PAINFUL death. Video was posted on here when CDG vs Z was at its peak.

  7. I don't think there's any evidence they were burned to death, and it's more likely they were either killed or rendered unconscious by the tourniquet and then their bodies just burned.

  10. Cjng are on borrowed time But if I say that people are gonna call me a cheerleader it's obvious that the government may to do with CJNG few years back and now they're regretting it and trying to make a new deal with CDS right now If you can't see that you're blind

  11. Just out of curiosity, I've heard of lots of instances where cartels burned people to death, but have there ever been times when a cartel boiled someone alive? Like, in boiling water, not acid.
