Carlos Iván Monroy,
considered the second in command in the structure of La Unión Tepito, was
arrested by capital police and accused of illegal deprivation of personal
liberty, in the form of express kidnapping aggravated.
"El Santero",
"El Niño Problema" or the "Huejo Brujo" was arrested in the
Colonia Ex Hipódromo de Peralvillo, City Hall Cuauhtémoc.
Monroy Fuentes belonged
to the criminal organization led by Oscar Andrés Flores Ramírez, "El
Lunares", apprehended last Friday.
The right hand of 'El
Lunares' was transferred to the North Men's Preventive Prison where he will be
available to a judge.
