Background
Pegasus Case Reaches Potosino

On Tuesday, an investigation of the Mexican organization Against Corruption and Impunity (MCCI) in which a former municipal official and the PGR linked to Aurelio Gancedo for his alleged participation in the company that was involved.

He sold the Pegasus spying system to the PGR for $ 32 million.

According to MCCI's research, Aurelio Gancedo Rodríguez, invited Luis Fernando Ayala Puente, one of the founders of CITELAE del Centro SA de CV, to work in the federal agency, which was dissolved in 2014 when Tech Bull SA de CV was born.

The newly established company won a $ 32 million contract from the Attorney General's Office, equivalent at that time to 450 million pesos, for Pegasus spyware malware, which has been used to infect the smartphones of human rights advocates, politicians and journalists.

Together with Luis Fernando Ayala Puente, Gancedo Rodríguez also brought the Potosí Víctor Hugo Salgado Delgadillo (who was a reserve deputy and then head of the local Congress) to the PGR and José Israel Guerrero Cerrillo, both collaborators of Gancedo in his passage through the city hall , when Jesús Murillo Karam invited him to join his team.

When the Pegasus contract was assigned to Tech Bull, Luis Fernando Ayala Puente, founding partner of CITELAE, had eight months of having joined as a second level official in the PGR.

Tech Bull was created on October 10, 2013 in Mexico City, with two alleged male names as partners: Carlos Cayetano Miguel, a 26-year-old young man, and Jorge de Jesús Sánchez, 29.

In July 2017, Mexicans against Corruption and Impunity interviewed Cayetano Miguel, who confessed that he didn’t know that the company in which he appeared as a partner had sold Pegasus malware.

The background of this case was uncovered by a series of documents leaked by Wikileaks, which accredit the business links between the companies involved.

  6. @4:48 answer: government. An arm of which are generals and high ranking officials that are lifeblood of DTO’s and in fact ARE a DTO. 3 letters. They run and control ALL OF IT. there IS no stoping the flow of drugs. It’s irrefutable! There is no WAY those pricks would let a bunch of farmers take all the plata. They probably rake in Trillions every year when all the funds raised by not only trafficking but laundering and reinvesting the profits is taken into account. Dark shit is happening. I know ppl are going to wake up to this it just may be too late when they do. The fuck can we do now? There are what 3 companies that control The WORLDS MEDIA?
