When requesting the permit to carry a weapon, he declared that he didn’t have it and said it was for personal protection. His identity was verified after a review in the SSC database.

He is also linked to Édgar Valdez Villarreal, La Barbie, who operated the sale and distribution of drugs in the area of ​​Huixquilucan, Naucalpan and Tlalnepantla.
