Yaqui for Borderland Beat from: Milenio y Heraldo y Aristegui
On an estate of the San Antonio el Rico community , located north of Irapuato, the decomposed bodies of at least 16 people were found, who were buried in apparently a clandestine grave. The event began to circulate in social networks where the appearance of these buried bodies was reported. The finding was made between 3 and 4 in the afternoon on the Callejón Hacienda, very close to a preschool, in front of the soccer field. The community is located about 20 ks from the center of the city of Irapuato.

The finding took place on a farm located in Callejón de la Hacienda street in the community of San Antonio el Rico , where elements of prevention and surveillance by the Municipal Public Secretary found the presence of elements of the Prosecutor's Office working at the indicated address.

Without specifying how many, several apparently decapitated and dismembered bodies were found inside. Televisa is reporting the bodies were bagged.

On Saturday, elements of the municipal police, of the San Antonio El Rico, Irapuato, Guanajuato community, adjacent to the municipality of Silao were alerted by villagers that they had seen armed men outside and inside an address of the so-called Callejón de la Hacienda in several vans.

Upon arriving there, they indicated that in the interior was a clandestine grave where sixteen bodies are located , without being able to determine at the moment the gender by the condition in which the bodies were found. So far, no municipal or state authority has given any information about the bodies or their identification.

The first versions refer that there are around 16 victims; Some of the remains are in a state of rot and others are more recent. On the bodies found, the majority are men who would have at least 2 to 3 weeks at the site, but at least 9 of those 16 would be cases of recent homicides that could have only been dead 2 days.
The State Prosecutor's Office through its area of Social Communication reported that there are still no precise data on how many bodies were found, because the expert work and the initiation of the investigation is still in process.

According to chiefs of the Secretary of Citizen Security of Irapuato, during a patrol of municipal police, they detected that prosecution staff working on a property, after the people of the town denounced an intense operation.

As they approached, ministerial agents informed them that they were working inside the farm because they had found several buried bodies.
Meanwhile, through social networks, groups of relatives of missing persons are calling to go to SEMEFO with the intention of requesting DNA collations, and where appropriate identify the victims.

The Bad News:
The finding occurs days after the kidnapping of at least 25 people in a Guanajuato rehabilitation center on Wednesday.

In the same city of Irapuato, at about 3:00 a.m. on Wednesday, a group of armed civilians , at least 20 men, broke into an addiction treatment and rehabilitation center and deprived of freedom at least 25 men and presumably also women , whose ages range between 15 and 22 years of age.

The center, called "God is Our Savior", is located in the San Juan de Retana neighborhood, on Rey Enrique VIII street, near the corner of Rey Sol street.

Given this fact, there are suspicions that the armed men seen at the "gravesite"  are the same armed men who broke into the addiction treatment and rehabilitation center. As reported by the authorities themselves, the armed men knocked down the access gate to the complex with a van and then took the young people away.

The mayor of Irapuato, Ricardo Ortiz Gutiérrez, confirmed the case of illegal deprivation of liberty. The state prosecutor, Carlos Zamarripa Aguirre, confirmed that 13 of the kidnapping victims were released by the armed group , who would have questioned them before about the city's drug outlets, but their whereabouts were not ascertained.

The same day they released them, a blue CRV Honda truck exploded while parked on a street in the Colonia Septiember 5 . According to the testimonies, a group of armed men left the vehicle and then left inside two fragmentation grenades , of which only one exploded.

  2. Man, Mex is a paradise of natural resources and idyllic locations. Too bad it is only the narcos that are capitalizing on and ultimately squandering this. To be a country that is based on the rule of law you actually need to practice the rule of law. Mex, you really should get your shit together and start putting your citizens, children, and morals first.
