Juárez, Chihuahua: Code Red. All Police Under Orders To Stay Inside

Video translation is as follows:

A very good evening to all the followers. An apology for the momentarily loss of transmission. Well, we find ourselves touring the city which looks literally empty and without any surveillance by police corporations. A few minutes ago we went by the Comisión Estatal de Seguridad (State Security Commission). And it’s heavily guarded with a heavy security outside taking care of the main entrance.

This is a result of the threats and attack, that were directed against the police organizations. It is said that there is a code red alert throughout the state. And the agents were told not to go out in public. But to stay in the barracks. And well, there is no surveillance in the city streets.

We’ve traveled now a good ways from the south east end of this city to what is the central western part of this metropolis. And as you can see there are no police patrols or any transit agents to be seen anywhere.

Law Enforcement from the Police Commission were told to remain in the barracks. As I previously mentioned we went by the CES (Comisión Estatal de Seguridad) facilities, which is heavily guarded.

As a consequence this is the situation, the sad situation that we are living here in the streets of Ciudad Juarez this Tuesday. These attacks came after the Attorney General was threatened. Well, against the Ministerial Police who were inside a state government building.

It generated a series of attacks, vehicles ignited, fires within different sectors of the city, the threats against paramedics. And well, this is the situation, this is the reality today in Juarez.

  4. How pathetic when the police have no balls. Last night they also warned people to stay inside a fue r ten, that yejrebwas a limpea going on. How easy it is to commit these crimes when you scare the police to stay away, or maybe they are in on it. The people doing the limpea and the police themselves are the people that need to be removed in the first place. How can cartels be hateful of people doing drugs when they themselves supply it?

    2. Those cops don't get paid enough to die for that kinda thing. I'd stay inside as well.

    3. I'd say over 90% of cops take a mordida every day... I would factor that into their pay. When they are pushing around civilians who are not armed and won't figtt back they are bullies... But throw in threats like this... They are cowards. Never in a million years would cops in the US be like this and they're not necessarily getting paid a lot.

  13. Yeah my friend that's insane. And it's a crappy gun too. Like a thirty eight super. Twenty two or a shotgun. Didn't know they allowed just one. Likely not AR fifteens. If I was in a parent's shoes. And a bad guy wanted my kid. I'd want an AR fifteen, with a master key, with a forty five. And the household would be armed too. Taking on demons like that. Or family and friends could group up. And actually put up a fight. Rather than just being taken. The way the government wants. How many heads in the average home. In Mexico. Mom's grandparents aunts and uncles. Imagine if they were allowed guns. Four women with rifles is a force. They'd be able to put up a fight. More of a fight than AMLO did.

  14. 2:20 the average mexican can't afford to pay for the costly permits and all the trouble they have to go in order to be able to own a gun.
