"El Menchito" lawyer claims there is judicial terrorism and extrajudicial interference of the DEA

Defense says; Rubén Oseguera, aka "El Menchito", has suffered judicial terrorism and claims DEA interference. He pointed to a DEA agent named Kyle J. Morí, who, according to him, “operates the extradition matter in Mexico in an extrajudicial manner.

MEXICO CITY.- Víctor Francisco Beltrán García, lawyer for Rubén Oseguera González, “El Menchito”, filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) against various authorities responsible for the administration and administration of justice.

On October 28, the litigator went to the headquarters of the FGR where he accused “judicial terrorism” used against his client and of the alleged interference of DEA agents, operating in Mexico, in the extradition process against his client.

He pointed to the DEA agent named Kyle J. Morí, who, according to him, “operates the Oseguera González extradition matter in Mexico in an extrajudicial manner.  Oseguera González is requested by the United States government.

He said that in September, Morí was present at the Second Collegiate Court in Criminal Matters of the Thirteenth Circuit, with residence in San Bartolo Coyotepec, Oaxaca, during the session in which the appeal for review 363/2019 was heard.

"Morí told the magistrates of the second Collegiate Court that by presidential order they should deny
the protection of federal justice so it would be convenient for both countries," he said.

Beltrán García said that his client, accused of money laundering, should have been granted amparo so that the procedure against him could be restored and that the 14 charges that the judge admitted would be relieved.

Last August, a federal judge acquitted Oseguera González, son of Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, "El Mencho", leader of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel, of the crime of organized crime, however it is still being prosecuted for money laundering.

A month later, in September, “El Menchito” was transferred to the maximum security wing of the Federal Center for Social Readaptation (CEFERESO) number 11, located in Hermosillo, Sonora.
He was held in federal prison number 15, based in Chiapas.

    1. Anything is right. The previously convicted governor of Veracruz is set to be released by AMLO. This shouldn't surprise anyone here on BB. After receiving a 22 year sentence for money laundering for the cartels. Another blow to Mexico's citizens and further infuriating US government for its lack of judicial powers.
A perfect example of why US should stop financial aid to a rogue government.

  3. Judicial Terrorism? Wow!

Next the lawyer will say “if it doesn’t fit, you must acquit.”

Look, ALL Lawyers so called “experts” are “hired guns.”

Their knowledge along with Theatrics and one liners, help justify the $500 - $1000 per hour fee.
