Guardia Nacional Killed 5 Huachicoleros in Guanajuato Confrontation

Yaqui for Borderland Beat from: Televisa y LaVerdad
A little bit of clarity on what went on in Guanajuato yesterday

Elements of the National Guard killed five alleged huachicoleros, near of the town of San Vicente, in the municipality of Apaseo el Alto , Guanajuato, after a surveillance tour of the Tula-Salamanca pipeline, the elements were attacked with firearms , according to local media versions.

They indicate that the events occurred during the operation against the theft of hydrocarbons in the area, when military personnel encountered five vans in which armed people were traveling, who immediately assaulted the members of the Army.
Elements of the National Guard surprised alleged huachicoleros in full theft of fuel, the subjects were armed so that when they noticed the presence of security elements they immediately detonated their firearms against them leading to a confrontation with the soldiers, which left a balance of five people,  all huachicoleros without life.
The immediate and coordinated reaction of the soldiers allowed them to repel the aggression by killing the five aggressors. It was said that the security officers used one of the military vans as a shield, which was left with multiple bullet impacts, mainly on the windshield, side windows, but that without a doubt managed to protect the military without any casualties.
None of the soldiers were injured and they immediately reported the fact to the competent authorities, who opened the investigation folder.

  1. Men on five possible imaginary "attacking vans" escaped, five attackers killed, but huachicoleros are not Kamikazes, I doubt they attacked and I doubt they were given a chance to surrender or a warning.
I am chalking this to the column of the Falsos Positivos/extrajudiciary execution, crimes of state.

  2. I hope those soldiers had a firearm safely course. In the photo, the soldier stepping out of the truck has his rifle pointing at the soldiers head!

    1. Zoom in a bit and you can see it is the stock of the weapon, not the barrel.

  3. I don't have a problem with these thieves, caught in the act of stealing oil or gasoline, being executed on the spot. Same as looters. Tough shit, Pancho...don't take stuff that doesn't belong to you. Well done, Yaqui...appreciate you and Sol pitching in to help Chivis. You're doing a great job!

  4. 5:52 the only huachicoleros that should be shot up their ass and sunk in their oil tankers is the maritime oil pirates who steal from PEMEX marine platforms to refineries in Tejas, and the truck tankers who fill in PEMEX YARDS for the powerful and the rich huachicoleros.
