Menchito transferred to Sonora for extradition to U.S.?

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat

Supposedly the transfer of El Mencho’s son “Menchito” is to be short term.  Just as most of you main board commenters suggested, he is being housed for a transfer to the United States, as the extradition request by the United States has been approved.

The Ministry of Security and Citizens Protection (SSPC) informed the Sonora Government that Menchito’s presence was to be short term.  This is according to the public secretary of the state of Sonora.

The secretary, David Anaya, revealed that the feds assured him the transfer to the Hermosillo prison was due to Menchito already having an order to be extradited to the United States.

Below: From 2017 pretty basic drug trafficker boiler plate stuff the type that usually accompanies an extradition request, which in fact as done by the U.S. in the same year. Menchito is an American Citizen born in San Francisco, and is the son of El Mencho premier leader of the drug cartel Cartel Jalisco New Generation or CJNG

    2. 12:3 . Gonna be tough to capture Mencho. He is so disciplined, has such a massive security detail, and has the government afraid of him and that he'll shoot down more helicopters and burn more banks...

    3. And Mencho won't be coming in alive I don't think. He'll shoot it out

    4. I guess he's claiming he isn't Menchos son as a strategy to avoid certain charges and delay the extradition.

  4. Beautiful news. Although surprised at Mexico's government approval for the US request. Moreover, AMLO'S stance on extradition to the US due to inhumane treatment.

    1. AMLO is desperate to say anything to take attention away from his lack of action against the cartels and crime. U.S. prisons are nice compared to Mexico's, except the places where cartel criminals can buy people. That must be what amlo is talking about.

      Delete
    2. 1006 get over it, seems what ALMO says is rarely done. He can't even lower the high homicides that continue everyday, but he sure loves having conferences everyday, most are jokes and riddles.

    3. 11:14 he's been in office for how long? No more than a year. What were you expecting? El Chapulin Colorado?... I think your upset at the good news, you must cheerlead for CJNG.

    4. 11:10, exactly, us prisons are nice for poor people. but for people of wealth, theyre nicer in mex. you can literally make your own apartment, color of rugs, materials, have alcohol, drugs, women, all in your cell. people of wealth in the us have more luxury only in the food department, sodium luxury that is.

    4. 11:34 too late there's cartels other than cds in Sinaloa already

      Delete
    5. Lol it's funny 11:34 says that when they have BLO zetas and others already operating there and have been

      Delete
    6. Agree with 11:34. Also, Mencho will fall soon, right now he is sending all these videos with messages for the “people” cause he feels his end is near, I think it is meant to possibly persuade the people to somehow back him up and someone give up Abuelos location. Abuelo seems to have him shook. BUT in reality the one guy that truly has this guy scared (even though most people won’t admit that Mencho is scared) is El Águila the nephew of Nacho Coronel. It’s coming and you will see. Just my two cents.

    7. cartels no longer invade, what happens its simply its simply its people claim allegiance to another cartel, you really think jalisciences are running around tijuana, veracruz and oaxaca? nope its people from there making moves under cjng name, so if there was a cartel having presence in Sinaloa it wont be because they got invaded, it will be sinaloans who got recruited and are working under another cartels name, in the 90s CAF had a good presence so did Juarez Cartel because the bosses where from Sinaloa, as a matter of fact Cartel De Guadalajara used to run Sinaloa because the big bosses from Sinaloa where once Cartel De Guadalajara (not to be confused with CJNG) but yeah it is highly unlikely an outsider to take over Sinaloa they are really proud of their state

    11. @10:30 Don’t smoke anything and I for sure wouldn’t like this or that to happen, I could care less. All I am saying is he is gonna fall soon. Too much heat on this guy, and he can’t even take out a guy who’s nickname is Abuelo LOL. So elaborate on what is actually happening? Cause from what everyone has been seeing is he is getting his ass handed to him. Lol

  12. He will go after the chapos kids

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. LOL. Chapo's kids are keeping a low profile, not because of Mencho but because they had to learn the hard way. Mencho is making too much noise, he's fighting too many fronts and heating up a lot of plazas. I heard a lot of south americans don't want to move drugs through Manzanillo cause Mencho was robbing shipments and a lot of work was being lost. The guy is crazy, he's bad for business. With the amount of chaos his cartel is causing it wont be long before the Government catches him or kills him.

      Delete
    2. He already had his one and only bite at that apple. They will not be leaving Sinaloa anymore. And Mencho would have better luck raiding the White House than going into Culiacan.

    4. 12:53 If Mencho doesn't order that cell to hand them over they would have been killed. Think critically how the incident happened and tell me if Mencho was behind the levantón wouldn't he be ready to protect Menchito? Of course they learned their lesson, I bet the kick to the ribs still hurts. Where did you "hear" that SA capos don't want to send shipments to Manzanillo? At the SA capos business reunion? Or on the internet?

      Delete
    5. 2:51 Its not news that Mencho has been robbing shipments heavily to pay for his wars. He is not a narco he is a gangster thug and enforcer.. always has been. The sooner this guy is off the streets the better he is extremely paranoid and very desperate right now.

      Delete
    6. Really? Heavily robbing shipments? Did they report that to you? Do you get weekly updates? Lmao clown, this guy is in his own class. Mexico has never seen a narco of his caliber @6:43

  13. According to sinaloas, vicentillo and mayo's other sons got extradited to the U.S on purpose so they would be protected.. I doubt it's even in their control, cartels and capos are strong only when government allows them to be..
until uncle (big brother)sam demands the Mexican government (litle brother)to hand over a MONEY MAKING capos to give them $$$ TAXES
I have yet to see capos from Mexico become rich, powerful and left alone without brothers or other family getting killed or put in prison.. no winners in the drug game

    1. There's plenty of capos from different regions who have managed to keep a low profile, you just don't hear about them cause they do a great job at staying out of the spotlight...

  21. What is he going to get 15 years he never trafficked into the US he mainly focused on the domestic market. It is going to turn into a he said she said with snitches making shit up to get a reduced time. If they get a good lawyer he will be out with in a few years. We are going to see a play once he goes to trial all made up shit. His crimes were committed in Mexico not the US. This seems like a play the Sinaloas are doing to place pressure on Mencho.

    1. I assume he was involved in money laundering, and the US government wants to prosecute him for that.

    2. All they have to prove is one substantial load of coke or meth into the states and it's a veritable life sentence if he weren't so young.

If he doesn't flip on his father he'll get 30 years at least. And his father isn't like Mayo. Firstly he probably won't condone his son snitching and secondly the DEA had substantly dealings with the Zambada clan they wanted to keep out of the news.

      Delete
  28. 1:47 is right ...don’t get it twisted guys US citizen or not...the only advantage you have as a US citizen on a Federal sentencing is you may be allowed anywhere from 6 months to a year of halfway house another reason they offer the Drug Program to first time drug offenders non violent crimes. That drug program knocks off 12 months of your sentence upon completion.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Interpol would catch you if you trafficked to Europe eventually. Any other country is not worth trafficking to because of lack of financial reward. The countries that are worth trafficking to or manufacturing drugs in would most likely kill you. Like president Duterte from the Philippines, who has been rumored to personally kill captured and convicted traffickers/manufactures. You tried mcfly lol

      Delete
    2. @4:16 no actually YOU tried McFly. Trafficking to Australia and New Zealand pays at LEAST 5 times more than the U.S. don’t speak on something that you clearly know nothing about. The Philippines? Gtfoh

  30. In order to receive a sentence the govt has to prove the elements of the crimes accused. Will the govt do him dirty like Alfredo 7? Extradition treaty says you can only be tried for the charges the US govt submits and can't amount to a life sentence.
