The governor of Tamaulipas, Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca, asked the State Prosecutor to support the FBI and other international agencies to clarify the alleged extrajudicial execution in Nuevo Laredo

Through his Twitter account, the governor of the state of Tamaulipas, Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca, asked the State Prosecutor to support the FBI and other international agencies to clarify the alleged extrajudicial execution of eight people which are blamed on state police, which occurred on September 5 in Nuevo Laredo.

"My commitment is indeclinable with the law and Human Rights. Since the denunciation of the facts in Nuevo Laredo was released, the State Prosecutor's Office, in exercise of its autonomy, officially opened an investigation folder, ” the governor wrote on the social network.

"I have suggested to the Prosecutor to request technical assistance from the FBI and other international agencies, to give greater strength and transparency to the investigations, " Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca , president of this border state with Texas and wrote in his official Twitter account. for the violence linked to organized crime and the infiltration of cartels throughout public life.

In his second message, he assured that he made the proposal to the Prosecutor's Office to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI and other international agencies) to give it greater strength and transparency in the investigations.
He noted that they will comply with the precautionary measures issued by the CNDH and warned that if the investigations conclude in the responsibility of state officials, they will act with the full weight of the law.

The statements are in response to the report that the Secretary of Public Security released this morning in which he reveals that the state agents have been relieved of duty, ie those who are accused by the Human Rights Commission of Nuevo Laredo, of having committed an extrajudicial execution with intent of eight people.

The Human Rights Committee of Nuevo Laredo, a local activist group, presented this week videos, photos and testimonies that indicated that five men and three women were executed on September 5 after being taken from their homes and taken to the residence of a former employee of a refreshment company, one of the victims.

According to the testimonies of this man's daughter collected by the NGO, more than 20 special agents raided the house, forced the man to put on a military uniform, boots and helmet, handcuffed him and put him in a room where he was later executed. The daughter with another girl managed to flee.

On Wednesday, both the state prosecutor's office and the National Human Rights Commission opened investigations, although the prosecution insisted that, according to their initial data, it was a confrontation between state police and "armed civilians."

President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said Thursday that events like that would not be tolerated.

"Executions are not allowed, grace shots are not allowed , to finish off wounded, no massacres, no one , no human being," he said. “That is not going to be tolerated. The corresponding agencies will investigate freely and if there were excesses, it must be punished with all rigor ”.

In the past, there have been several cases both extrajudicial executions and the staging and manipulation of a crime scene by police, military or officials.

Nuevo Laredo , where one of the most important border crossings in trade with the United States is located. And since July it is also one of the destinations chosen by the United States for asylum seekers to await the resolution of their process in that country.

On September 5 of this year, in the Valles de Anahuac neighborhood, there was an alleged confrontation between state agents and armed civilians dressed in cloned militia uniforms.

With alleged witnesses and videos, the defenders seek to refute the authorities, so they gave part to the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH), who in turn sent the precautionary measures to SEDENA and the Government Secretariat.

    2. Not really. I watched another video where some of the facebook pages of the people killed are shown alive carrying guns and wearing the military sicario gear. In fact, the retarded girl in red giving the confession in this video is shown also holding assault rifles and in other pictures surrounding herself by people involved with the cartel. As I proceeded to read the comments, many people accuse the guy in charge of the human rights in Tamaulipas to be working for the Zetas as well. They accuse him of organizing protest against the military for supposedly violating the criminals human rights but never heard of when it comes to people being executed or kidnapped by those he defends... another thing, aren't these the same guys who threatened to kill any shop owners if they were caught selling any type of goods to the military while claiming they have nothing against the citizens? Really, you cant trust criminals. The guys in the CJNG video claimed to have just started a week prior to them being caught but further investigation proved they had been involved in drug trafficking 4 years before.

    4. Of course, Francisco javier garcia cabeza de cagadas de vacas, alias the governor of Tamaulipas norn in Tejas would shed his tail like a trapped lizard, extrajudiciary murdering has been the tale of his governorship since he started, cleaning out anybody that knows who his ass really is, comandante panilo will get back to him some day helped by the ghosts of comandante Toro, and all his former associates. Now he calls on the FBI, maybe the US will protect one of their own, and take the whole state as an independent republic like Tejas.
Been telling you about him and his Fuerza Tamaulipas, he does not want Guardia Nacional because of something...

  4. Wait! Are they claiming the militry dressed them up in those uniforms, threw them in a truck with a .50 cal machine gun, and riddled them with bullet holes? Seems kind of far fetched???

It is called Falsos Positivos, and industry invented by then governor Alvaro Uribe Velez and Co in Colombia which took him to the bank with billions of dollars in property and cash after arriving to the presidency through murder and mayhem confessed to by his own military associates, allied with PEPES, AUC, ELN, FARC and paracos, milicos and some cheap drug traffickers, headed by 7 us military bases in Colombia.
La tumba clandestine de LA MACARENA just outside the military base is still full of their victims, more than 2 000 Falsos Positivos, "dados de Baja en combate".
Too many governors in Mexico are doing the same exact shit.

Cabeza de cagadas de vacas has been working with cuicos from the US for a while too, since before he got elected, they even covered up his record as a Tejas Gangbanger, then Osiel Cardenas guillen financed his campaign for mayor of Reynosa when the zetas and cdg were the big shit in Tramaplipass.

  17. Maybe the gov lost some of his dear friends? He doesn't usually get too excited about cartel violence. Or perhaps this is his chance to boost dwindling ratings, be in the spotlight. Well let's wait and see first if in fact there were innocents, then if not, we can investigate the gov.

  18. Mexico is in such a bad state(packed prisons, narco culture is engrained into society, and bad guys just have too advantages over the average citizen) that extrajudicial killings are warranted and so I thought I’d disagree with this post, but wow, they definitely need to investigate this case.

  25. So they soldered the gun turret once it was towed? Cause one truck has a gun turret (in the picture of the aftermath), and the other doesn't (in the impound lot). Looks like a misinformation campaign by cartel. If that girl was genuinely afraid would she show her face? Hard to believe anything at this point, especially when cartels have media on payroll. In the godfather movie they do the same thing when they murder the corrupt cop and Sollazo. Just sayin

    1. Hey 4:18, you're the victim of the greatest brain-washing lie ever told. Fair trial in the US? No way, just look at all the financially-poor guys in prison who counted on a US Public Defender: all Public Defenders are corrupted in order to keep the prisons full (for profit) and the judicial system flowing so it doesn't get bogged down with the poor fucks. Public Defenders get their perks then for good performance; never ever trust a lawyer, they are all just like all cartel scum, but lawyers just hide it better. The USA prison system, which has the highest population of prisoners in the world is a very very profitable business and must have its poor fucks circulating in-and-out for the higher profits. Plea arrangements are a scam among Public Defenders: they tell the poor fucks that if they don't agree then they will get more time, and I know of many many innocents that go to jail especially if a person is Mexican, different, black, or just a poor uneducated white man. Land of the Free my ass.

      Delete
    2. Hey 4:16 Who made you the expert on the US prison system. Personal experience? Perhaps the financially poor tend to commit the crimes. Don't do the crime. If you can't do the time. The taxpayers are supposed to support the criminals in prison?
