The Secretariat of the Marina-Navy of Mexico  reported that on August 27 and 30, personnel assigned to the Fourth Naval Region located and disabled four alleged clandestine laboratories , supplied with chemical precursors, equipment and material used for the manufacture of synthetic  drugs at different points from Culiacán, Sinaloa.

The agency explained that there was knowledge of places allegedly dedicated to the manufacture of synthetic drugs , so a reconnaissance operation was carried out.
Using air and ground personnel, approximately 3,840 liters of alleged liquid methamphetamine and 2,938 liters of alleged liquid amphetamine were seized , as well as material and equipment used to make synthetic drugs.
The alleged drug, as well as the material and equipment used found in the place , were made available to the competent authorities for the integration of the corresponding investigation folder.
In the last months , Mexican Navy personnel have carried out important drug insurance in the state of Sinaloa ; actions that contribute to the weakening of the production and distribution infrastructure of the criminal groups that operate in this region of the country, which significantly affects their financial and operational structure.

    2. That's very interesting. It is weird that you hear about way more meth lab busts in Sinaloa than in Michoacan.

    4. Hahahaha, Sinaloa still controls TJ, those labs are just publicity stunts, the material found looks spoiled and useless, plus there’s a few cartel fractions that operate in CLN that are independent. CJNG is getting run out of Jalisco and trying to refugee in Michoacan but having a hard time, also internal beef is brewing

    10. They have 80% of Jalisco the only area's that are contested are Guadalajara Metro, Zapopan, that tiny piece between Zacatecas and Aguas Calientes, and an area near Aguas Calientes where their is the Gonzalez Family. CJNG has a large parts of North eastern Michaocan like La Piedad large North western part of Guanajuato like Leon, All of Colima, Nayarit, large parts of Tijuana, terroitory in Baja Sur and Norte, Guerrero, Veracruz, Morelos, El Estado de Mexico, other parts of Michoacan that you don't hear about like Turicato.

  4. News stories in the US about resurgence of methamphetamine (even though it has never stopped or even slowed down) and increased production in Mexico means that it's a priority for LE here. This means that US is probably sharing intelligence and disrupting production is a priority for DEA. Sinaloa is by far the largest supplier of methamphetamine and in turn you see their operations targeted more in all likelihood because there are simply more of them.

    1. Fentanyl/opioids/heroin are getting more coverage because of the deaths. Heroin has always had a bigger tail on it because of its addiction, law enforcement will chase you down if you're moving it and slam the book on you.
