“El Cabo 39”, CJNG’s TJ Boss Executed in La Paz, BCS

Yaqui for borderland Beat from: Zeta y El MundoDigital
Executed:  “El Cabo 39”, operator of the CJNG in Tijuana in BCS
His body is lying by the front passenger side tire

La Paz, BCS:  On the morning of this past Friday, August 2, Ricardo Antonio Álvarez Olivares aka “El Cabo 39” and / or “El Baby”, 30 years old, was executed in the vicinity of the South Peninsula subdivision , in the municipality of La Paz.

The events occurred in a domicile located on Avenida Osa Peninsula and Azuero Peninsula, of the aforementioned South Peninsula subdivision. The victim received multiple bullet impacts, and his body was lying on the side of a recent model vehicle.

Intelligence elements of the State Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC) of the State Attorney General's Office (PGJE) confirmed that the deceased was Álvarez Olivares, after being identified by a relative.
According to information released by Platform Mexico, “El Cabo 39” and / or “El Baby” was identified as one of the main operators of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) in Tijuana, Baja California; in charge of several criminal cells in the town, who operated uprisings and disappearances of members of rival groups.

Álvarez Olivares had multiple criminal records such as the carrying of a firearm for the exclusive use of the Army, injuries and robbery with violence. In Tijuana he has been one of the generators of violence, since he has been linked to killings committed against members of the Sinaloa Cartel and other rival criminal groups.
                                                            "El Guero Chompas"
“El Cabo 39” disputed the Delegation La Presa, in Tijuana against José Luis Mendoza Armenta aka “El Güero Chompas” of the Sinaloa Cartel.

Data revealed by a source indicate that the alleged criminal was hiding out and protected in La Paz, Baja California Sur, after being threatened by rival groups in Tijuana; even relatives of the narco-menudist suffered several attacks, forcing them to leave the border city.

Cabo San Lucas, BCS:  24 hours after the execution in La Paz of Ricardo Antonio Álvarez Olivares , “El Cabo 39”, Head of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel in Tijuana, Baja California, in the Lagunitas Dos neighborhood, a couple were executed, a man and woman in rented room.

Around 12:50 hours an armed commando entered a building with a few rooms of rent located in Laguna Bosque Azul and Pajonal street and without giving the victims time to react, they were riddled with bullets from  high-powered weapons.

The woman was left lifeless, wearing a yellow blouse, white shorts with black stripes, and has particular sign tattoos on the left leg and arm. Beside her, lay a lifeless man, who only wore jeans and a large tattoo on his back, which stood out since he was shirtless.
Minutes later the ambulances and elements of the Municipal Police arrived, however they could do nothing, both people were already lifeless. The room was totally stained with blood.

The neighbors say they have not seen anything, they only heard the detonations of a firearm and then they would heard about the execution of the couple, which lived in the rooms for rent in the Lagunitas Dos neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas.

Minutes later, authorities from the State Attorney General's Office arrived at the scene to attest to the bodies and order their transfer to the coroner for the  Necropsy of the Law.

It is important to note that the double execution occurred within 24 hours of the high-command of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel ,"El Cabo 39", being riddled by an armed command in the Península subdivision of the state capital, La Paz, BCS.

It is expected that in the next few hours the  authorities will offer more details of the double execution in the port of Cabo San Lucas, they indicate that there is a connection between the executions, perhaps the tattoos offered the first clues for investigation.

    4. 10:56 you must be really fkn stupid to not understand 8:20 meaning. And yes good observation kid. The Arellanos are from Sinaloa. Hay nativos de Tijuana, Sinaloa, nayarit, Michoacán, Jalisco, Mexicoamericanos, pochos etc en el CAF. Y no mijo. Está en el mejor interés de Tijuana dejar que estos dos se maten entre sí. Mientras ellos pelean uno TRABAJA 👍

    5. Yaqui. He started he’s criminal career working under the orders of the remnants left by el teo/muletas. On a street corner level that is. And he sadly died operating on a street corner level. Nothing more nothing less. These characters in Tijuana operating under the cjng/sinaloa flags. Where all teo/muletas operators who fell under the Cartel de Tijuana umbrella. Mid level amongst their “ teo/muletas cart” akiles, rana, tigre,Piolin, Atlante,Lupe R4,etc. All under teo/muletas. After their bosses where captured and sent away all these characters where at each other’s throats. From el Atlante emerged el piolin, gallero, trapero. From el piolin emerges los cabos 50,8,30,33,39etc (currently). From el akiles side emerges la rana, marlon, griego, tragedias, turbo etc... from el Tigre (currently under the cjng banner) emerges el Lupe R4 the original. He gets killed very similar to this Cabo 39 or this article big shot. Pedro R4 takes he’s brothers code name and remains loyal to Tigre. You see the pattern?? From el muletas side you have big pájaro guero chompas Chapito Uriarte etc... all this guys mentioned above and currently making a killing in Tijuana are all fighting for the control of city sectors. To which most where assigned to and rented. It’s in the landlord greater interest to create or have competition amongst themselves. They bring attention to themselves. 😉 The only plaza bosses here where el teo y muletas in there time. And guess who they answered to?

      Delete
    6. Well perhaps you could give your "boots on the ground" first hand experience for the next article! Maybe you could go find the real plaza boss and ask him some questions, snap a few photos. There's no reason to criticize yaqui for an article when it clearly lists her source next to her name. Mexican media always say plaza boss. Are you new to this?

    7. @2:34 you are absolutely correct........ El Teo/Muletas crew is what the Tigres,Rs,and The Akilles,Rana crews are left overs of los Teos. CAF is still getting paid we are extremely worried because we know very little of CAFs current interworkings. I honestly believe that CAF is the biggest threat, not even the people from CAF know what is going on inside of CAF. I honestly believe that the Old Guard completely restructured just look who is out Balas, Chayan, La Perra, Muleta. Guerrero Chihuahua was supposed to be the main guy but it turned out he wasn't..... Chencho Beltran and El senior Caliente aka Hank Ron are still under CAF providing guidance and political support.

    8. Hello bulldog. I’m sure you’ve heard the term “there’s levels to this shit” before. That’s what tijuana is. Sure there’s plenty of Tijuana locals under the CAF flag. Zona norte la familia Toscano for example and others. Look at it from a “the wire” hbo show perspective very good show btw. What is going on in Tijuana primarily. Don’t get me wrong all the teo/muletas remnants still push drugs into the u.s but primarily fight for city sectors. There’s been plenty of mid level AFO members who have been killed this last couple yrs. primarily it’s been attributed to internal house cleaning. Factors could be rules where broken, envy, differences, set ups etc.. and lastly rivals. Just to make that clear. These teo/muletas remnants some have accumulated enough power and pull to be taken in consideration by the AFO here in Tijuana (akiles Tigre lic Estrada) the rest fall short. La neta and they fkn hate it. CAF has always been getting payed. Strictly drug trafficking run by strictly drug traffickers. After tigrillos/6-1 where captured. Yes “los señores” set up new rules and guidelines to this date have been followed and respected by all members. “Menos ruido más acción” if captured create confusion. Also corridos where put for the most part on hold for a number of yrs following tigrillos captured. silence is in the AFO’s best interest. Lessons where taught and learned back in the early 2000’s Fox era. So yeah generally this cartel doesn’t make noise and when it does it’s swiftly and silently. The AFO takes advantage of the turmoil in Tijuana to kill ppl. And when it’s all said and done los Sinaloa’s or cjng flag wavers usually get blame for it 👍. Both groups made mantas stating this facts. Blaming the AFO for low key doing a lot of the killing in Tijuana and not taking the credit or the blame lol. look them up. Facts. To some extent yes whatever talks go on with “los señores” by the time it gets to the bottom it’s been filter down to just a straight green or red light on someone or some group. Old guard is definitely at play. These señores you mention here. They’re somebody alright. Take guero chihuahua for example. He strictly and strongly ordered his ppl to say they belong to “Sinaloa cartel and to say akiles and la rana where their boss”. When the word AFO was asked by government officials the answer was to be “it doesn’t exist anymore. Nobody is left. Whoever was left switched. Everyone went independent. It’s a mess. Etc..” these are rules and obligations to be told to government officials at least to the members here in Tijuana. Balas strictly business. La perra is working overtime without workers cómp. the last two one guidance and the other political support you said it yourself. CAF es Tijuana. Ppl fail to understand that first and foremost. They are not spread thin throughout mex like other cartels. Something for amateurs like sicario 006 to keep in mind. The reason you have other flags being allowed to be waved in Tijuana is first to take the spotlight away from the AFO and to keep the local leo busy 👌. Y señor no hay uno. Hay Señores. CAF hay pa’ largo.

    1. 8:26 about one million deaths in Mexico since the war ON drugs started 12 years ago, did not do any good to Mexico, the Mexicans, the criminals or the innocents the mexican government passes for Falsos Positivos to show quota to their masters on the US and keep receiving their "keep". Until AMLO REFUSED anymore help this year.
What grew really bad, "exponentially" was state sponsored terrorism because politicians have been learning their criminal trades better and hijacking the decency of common military and police authorities at every level who think they are going to be there forever...
Foreign contractors also made a killing in Mexico, no crazy Muslims on suicidal missions involved with their own killings and drug trafficking they are famous for

  15. These cartel bosses are not good businessmen. If Mencho knew how to run an organization he'd bargain to buy out the Sinaloans. Pay off what's left of Zetas or other cartels in areas he wishes control of.
