In deep thought while riding on a PGR aircraft to Mexico City from Monterrey

Omar Treviño Morales, aka  'Z-42', was sentenced for “operations with resources of illegal origin’ and carrying firearms for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces.
Murder charges are in an ongoing investigation, this sentence is for weapons and drug money. Currently there is insufficient evidence to go forward with murder charges.

Omar, the former leader of the criminal organization  Los Zetas, was sentenced to 18 years in prison.

On March 4, 2015, Omar was captured inside a residence in Fuentes del Valle, an upper-class neighborhood in San Pedro Garza García,[Monterrey] Nuevo León,

The 45 year old is the younger brother of Miguel Ángel Treviño Morales, aka Z-40, once the supreme leader of Los Zetas and who was captured  on 15 July 2013  near Sabinas Coahuila. without a single shot fired.

Omar is currently in “The Federal Social Readaptation Center No. 1 "Altiplano".

    1. Yes US needs to step in Mexico and get rid off all the Cartels before they become a National Security Problem,.Cartels are gaining a lot power and they have corrupted the Mexican Judges. The new President want to stop the Cartels but the judges are the ones that let them out only with a slap in the wrist. If US want to really get rid off the CARTELS they need to get the Supreme Judges FIRST AND PUT THEM all in Jail.

    2. The problem isn't Mexico, it is the US, you see when there is a demand there will be a supply, when American stop consuming drugs I guarantee you that that is the day that the cartels will die out, but Mexico is very corrupt, just as corrupt as the United States, only here in America we doing a little more subtlety 😊

    6. What a moron. To say the US is as corrupt as Mexico. There is corruption in all societies and countries yes. But to say the US is anywhere close to the level of Mexico is just ridiculous.

    7. 711 you need to read more BB, drugs are not only being consumed in USA, cartels ship all over the world. I love it when you play the blame game on one country.

I would not blame the addicts either, or a Mexico that has not spent any treasury corrupting American Intelligence or government or foreign relations like the US has, all over the world, to the point the country owes about 500 trillion dollars, and rising.

But the real deal is el panzon was a nobody, just tagging along with his brother and living the good life with the compas money, the other zetas were not getting paid, and went on their own way rather than keep working with tranzas torcidos y gandallas.

    ReplyDelete
  11. remember the U.S. is waiting for both of them. I wonder how it will be with AMLO, most likely he will not approve extradition unless death or life without is off the table. many countries feel those two are inhumane---time will tell when the first extradition comes up.

    1. Lol they will take the word life out and just give him 150 years in prison

    3. AMLO won't be around when the sentence is done, and US justice will be waiting. Perhaps, someone with a blood vendetta will shank his ass before then.

      Delete
    4. Life w/o parole sentencing guidelines takes pretty much every top-level boss like 42 off the table for extradition. All of them will face an importation of 5kgs of coke or more charge, which I believe carries 20 years to life.

      Delete
    5. Mexico should demand a few extraditions just to get even.
AMLO could approve them faster faster.
Many crimes have been done in Mexico by secret agents and straight out criminals, even starting out in the 40s with drug trafficking, but in the 1920s US ambassador Henry Lane Wilson was a wino who used to smoke his carrujos de Mota with traitor golpista general, Vitoriano Huerta while conspiring against Presidente Madero.
El Chapo worked for the US government. They'll come to the rescue

One sure shit, the Flores Twins got to keep their Two Billion dollars worth of investments and cash... Better become partners with the Flores that the US government gets their dirty hands on all that cash and property, wonder who is managing all that?

  14. Guys, we should quit complaining about the justice system. We should just refuse to buy their drugs. Problem solved.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Not buying the drugs won’t solve the issue. Legalizing the drugs won’t solve the issue. Cartels have become too ingrained into the Mexican culture that even little kids aspire to be a part of it. Take the drug proceeds away and these criminals will just find another way to illegally make money. And they already have; extortion, prostitution, human smuggling and fuel theft. One solution would be to change the laws...change the punishment for being part of a cartel. Start changing the culture and that starts in Mexico...not the US.

    5. You took the words out of my mouth 9:51. People think if the drug problem disappeared over night every cartel member would shrug their shoulders and begin submitting job applications to the businesses down the street. People who genuinely believe this are very naive and shortsighted. It's easy to use the USA as a scapegoat but it isn't realistic. The proof is right there if you look. Even with the staggering amount of money available through drug trafficking cartels have already branched out into every other conceivable way to make money illegally. Kidnapping, extortion, prostitution, human trafficking, fuel theft, bootleg products etc. Etc. These people are devoted criminals who have made the decision that they will not earn an honest income. Period. I honestly think if the money made through trafficking suddenly dried up Mexico would be in even worse trouble. I think crimes like kidnapping and extortion would sky rocket to levels never imagined before. These cartel members are going to make their money one way or another.

and Osorio Chong and Cienpedos with EPN.

  19. The saddest thing is that now everyone of its politics in Mexico is saying that chapo was in when they killed that DEA agent .El Chapo was really extradited due former president Pena for corruption. He got scared and got rid of his threat. Trevino may not make out of what they call prison(el penal) in Juarez where one of his top commanders he assigned was stab over 20times due to new criminal organization taking over .Not to mention when they released his body these other organization came to intercept his body and take him from his family and spread his body parts after he'd been executed. Oh as well as Oziel cardenas during his extradition while being in Florida order hits inside and were carried out then they extradited him to CO the hits and killings stop.Just saying the best way to stop these top organization cut the funds this reduce there circles of circles they become less productive as far as hiring reinforcements ,manpower, arms, corruptlawyers, corrupt politicians, and messily lookout that think the made a lot of money but instead put there self more at risk just for reporting and observing. Stop the funds . Drugs dont buy thats cuts off there green giant from all this.
