    2. 006, I honestly admire your will. No matter what you never stray from being loyal to CDS and you never engage in banter when people throw shots at you. I respect you for keeping the same energy no matter what.

    4. If any of you paid attention you would know Sicario006 first started his little comedy routine praising Chapito Isidro and the BLO a few years back the same way he does here. He switched to Chapo and CDS for some reason lol.

    6. @9:56, wow, I learn something new everyday. I always thought he started off with CDS. Never knew he was with Isidro first.

    7. Because simple farmers always go through psychological warefare training. Obviously.

  3. Will a new trial acquit him? With the evidence presented, I think a jury from any state will convict him. His attys didn’t bring in any good witnesses or experts. I know their defense had some limitations, nonetheless it still came off as a lazy defense... i cAnt get over the fact that Balarezo said Chapo claimed to not know some of the witnesses, and he never mentioned that in the trial. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

    1. Here is the take away:

      Why?
Because there is an outside chance he may actually get "a new trial"

So even if he does he will get convicted once again:

That is assuming that getting the new trial and the commencement of that trial is the end goal---not even close.

The goal is a huge negotiation chip. The gov will never re try this man. It was the most expensive trial in U.S. history, it would then go into plea. the first trial got much criticism because of the cost and plea deals for CWa

What would the negotiation look like?:

It would never include Chapo going free. But lets say he has an actual time sentence---25 to 40 years, that feels differently to a convict I would imagine, and better make it 40, he is 62, his mom is in her 90s so longevity runs in the family.

But the big take away is better "accommodations" which would be a big part of the plea deal. No non-punitive solitary confinement, access to commissary, visitations etc. all would be a part of what attys would work hard for.

    3. Agreed .Also as we all know with prison .in these conditions it's very easy to access cell phones. One of which could be used in order to get some folks in check. 💯

    4. I think the 25 to 40 years sounds possible, the accommodations too. But Chapo would have to drop some good info that they don’t already have 🤔

I still don’t think they’d let anyone besides his daughters and mother visit him.

  4. I'm sure he's dropping millions of dollars to be set free, his life is on the line so I don't blame him.
Reality is, he won't win the trial if he had 6 chances.. everyone knows his name and face and if he's Mexican decent he will know about his music and hundreds of corridos.. his love for attention got the best of him.. just saying

  5. Bleh, using quotations to exemplify double standards in your opening statement to a US Federal Judge is a bit risky...

Good chance of offending that Judge’s allegiance to the law and coming off as a bit arrogant.

    1. Federal US judges have their little arrangements too, specially when bamks Like Deutsche Bank of Cyprus give their son a good million dollar paying job for quoting their judgeship to make room for more corruption in the much larger Washington Cesspool some call "swamp"

  6. Chivis,
Did you see the recent interview with one of chapos lawyers on Univision? What she said was interesting..
“The court date being postponed to July may be in favor for Sr. Guzman due to the unlawful acts of said jurors.”
The female attorney being interviewed also stated chapos legal team would be asking the court to not allow VICE’s Keegan Hamilton and or any representative of VICE into the court room if a new trail is granted.

  7. The EUA is not Mexico. This cannot be like Mexico and an Amparo. Chaparito has hundreds of charges against him because of clear bad conduct by the jurado. He is due a fair trial. But la pregunta of Chapo going free is loco. He is jodido a millon times over. His only chance of going free is the surprise of a de un hermano gemelo idéntico.

    2. El Chapo Accusers may end up in the Chapo's next door cell before the year is over or after their power trip is over.
--Col James Sabow, third in command at MCAS in El Toro, CA.
      He Didn't Commit Suicide, Newsweek.
--At least El Chapo Guzman is not being accused of being a Russian Puppet bought and paid by those who got him "elected" using the NRA among other American traitors that also imported more drugs into the US in one day than El Chapo did in all his working days.
One example: "The Strange Death of Col Sabow" by Gary Null
--IG of the Marine Corps Lt Gen Hollins Davis investigated.
--Maj Bob Friend would not sign The Report because its statements did not reflect his responses.
--Tosh Plumlee beaten and threatened by strangers came home to find his house burning in Evergreen Colorado.
--USMC Sargent Tom Wade who reported the file got purged to the Marine Corps IG got transferred from US MCAS El Toro to a base in Florida where he was found in his car, executed by two shots to the head on Christmas Eve, his daughter was left crying on the back seat, his apartment was sealed by military authorities who cited National Security and secured the area for a few days.

"Jerry Brown: Brother of Murdered Marine Needs Your Help"
      by Bob O'Dowd salem-news.com/articles/ march 03/ 2001
LT Col Sabow's original sin was threatening a Lt Col Underwood with reporting irregular movements of drugs and weapons during the iran/contra operations. Lt Underwood was Sabow's boss, next door neighbor, and there at home the day he was found murdered by "suicide by shotgun blast to the inside of the mouth" after being rendered unconscious by a blow to the head...
--The body of marine 2nd Lt Kirk Vanderbur...found on feb 1992 in Hubert NC, Naval Investigative service concluded suicide...
This case and dozens of others... The Philadelphia Inquirer...
--Until We Have Answers, protests the Pentagon's slipshod handling of the suicide cases.
This is all USMC business, in the times of Lt Col Oliver North National Security Agency, he was until recently head of the NRA...
This nothing against men serving on the armed forces but it is everything about the corrupt "men" who abuse their mighty powers, they deserve more prison than EL Chapo.

    1. It would most likely be a part of the deal, a large amt of money. second best method is his new clothing line. He is the principal of the corporation so the gov can go after funds. other than that---good luck
