CJNG Morelos boss, El Ray to be set free....if,,,

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat Thank you Cruz! from 24Morelos

El Ray, the leader of CJNG in Morelos, was arrested last month; however he may be set free.

There has not been a single criminal complaint against him in the month,  reports the Chief of CES José Ortiz Guarneros.

The Chief said that this case has two scenarios, if El Ray is released, the alleged criminal would take revenge, or otherwise his successor begins the fight for territory.

Oritz says he is prepared in any event.

He encouraged citizens to file complaints, since the judge in the case has 2 months to present evidence to proceed with a trial, if there are non he will be released.

    3. Off topic, but its refreshing to see intelligent Mex-Amer people talking about Trump on Forum without crying he's a racist and such crap, guy is not a politician as we know it but he is a realist in some matters, and says what he wants.
The race angle is politically driven, think for yourselves

    2. He is a criminal boss, that's enough to arrest him, he had people killed. So if he seeks revenge... shoot him dead, don't arrest him again. Just kill him.

    3. it means he was arrested____but the prosecutor and no one else has filed a criminal complaint against him___no criminal complaints no trial___out of jail

  8. 4:41 simy put so even a brick head like you can understand: if nobody comes to testify against this "so called leader of CJNG" in the state of Morelos, he will be set free...
--That is a very smart move on his part and the government's.
--What I Don't understand is why he is considered "a leader of CJNG" or why he was arrested in the first motherfacking place and why he has not confessed to anything in two months he has been under arrest. Cattle prods and chicharras ran out of batteries?

  9. At 441.We have your guy if you dare complain about him committing a crime. If not, he goes free. In Texas law, it's called release because of delay (because of lack of formal charge).

  15. I think it is "smoke and mirrors" media stuff to hide plata o plomo machinations and much else we "smucks" are not powerful enough to know. They don't call this CJNG guy "El Rey" (the king) for nothing.

The judge, lawyer, politicians, etc, etc, are a little richer today and happy to be alive.... Now do you understand?
    Mexico-Watcher

P.S. Chivis, you do so much... take some time off and smell the flowers. We who know you understand just a little something of your situation. Con mucho carino, here is a big hug, a cup of hot Mexican chocolate and a pan dulce for you.

    1. Right on the money with this comment.
The continuation of corruption is clearly visible from what's being displayed here.
Curious to see how AMLO responds to this judicial decision if this individual walks free? Will he hold presiding officials accountable? Or Express his findings in a poetic form?

    2. 1:18 no mames guey, El Senor Presidente no es el Encargado de la Carpeta del Crimen, at least not until the Supreme Court finds the accused parties guilty and AMLO. has to presidential pardon them, American Style...

  19. so in mexico you can be a murderous criminal but if no one complaints then you get to be set free???

while in california, i have a ticket for driving with a suspended liscence no one complained and its a possibility of getting locked up next court date

well has the government realized that maybe dead people cant complaint??? and those alive are too scared to do so and dont trust authorities since the authorities would most likely snitch them out
