“El Chofo” of CJNG Released from Prison, Assassinates the Cop that Arrested him

Yaqui for Borderland Beat from: Radioformula
"El Chofo", from CJNG, leaves prison and then assassinates the policeman who captured him.

Alexis "N", aka "El Chofo", presumed plaza leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel in Lagos de Moreno, was released from prison for an alleged mistake in the folder, and killed the policeman who arrested him, for revenge. "El Chofo" was set free due to an editorial error, in the investigation folder there was a failure in the serial number of a vehicle with a report of stolen. The judge released the subject for failure to due process, when those same data had been sufficient for the same judge to grant the arrest warrant.

"El Chofo", aged 21, was arrested on April 23 this year by elements of the Mexican Army, in the municipality of Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, for the crimes of several homicides and organized crime and generating terror in the region.

Note: See Chivis Post from April 24 using the search engine at top.
The soldiers provided support to Jalisco ministerial personnel to jointly capture the person, as well as protecting the transfer to the prison of the subject, who was fully identified by elements of the Municipal Police.

"El Chofo" was transferred and temporarily admitted to CEINJURE and is permanently monitored for his high degree of danger, as he is identified as the head of the crime cell of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG).

"El Chofo" remained incarcerated in the Southeast Regional Comprehensive Justice Center (CEINJURE), but Judge Enrique Velásquez Martín freed him for an error in the investigation folder.

Three days after his release, an armed commando shot and killed the escort of the commissioner and a companion who was seriously injured and is currently hospitalized. The homicide is attributed to "El Chofo".

Gov Enrique Alfaro makes his statements lamenting the release from prison of the alleged ring leader of a criminal cell of the Jalisco Cartel Nueva Generación (CJNG) and chastising corrupt judges, declaring: "NO MORE"; along with the funeral and the story of the arrest of "El Chofo".

"It gives me a lot of courage, that while a lot of inept and corrupt judges are very happy in their homes saying they are attached to the law and criminals in the street. No longer! Not anymore, here we have to incarcerate all of them, " the Governor said, according to Excelsior.

  2. This will do nothing but encourage extra-judicial killing which like in the middle east will reach down to families, friends, women and children.

  3. And yet there are critics here who get their panties all in a bunch for calling it what it is. A failed state.
This outcome like many is what's driving these crimes to an all time high in Mexico. This incompetence of such officials who hold office and judicial powers are to blame.
Still hard to believe that a 21 year old snot nose is such a danger to society. Guess a hard glance and wiping one's nose without tissue is grounds for overtaking any town in Mexico. Geez.

UNBELIEVABLE. Citizens should hang the judge for allowing this to transpire. Along with forfeitures of his property to be awarded to the victims family for compensation. Actually a plaque in the officer's honor for doing his job since all others have failed.

    1. This crime and hundreds of thousands like it do not make a failed state like a big mouth like you can.
Some smart-ass will discover your writings some day and turn to wholesale murdering to save their world from would be criminals from the imaginary failed state of your dreams, hope you get neutralized, soon.

    2. U r UNBELIEVABLY stupid. The cititens know that the judge had no choice but to release Cholo. Otherwise the next bullet would have been for the judge (or his wife/daughter/son/brother etc).

The guys at the very top are raking in billions in bribes and it is impossible below to walk the straight line. Try and you will be punished (like the cop who nailed Cholo).

    3. It says he committed homicides in the past. A leader, that's why I always say shoot them on the spot, that way currupted judges will not set him free. Kill on the spot. Nevertheless after a week, this event simmers down, and nothing gets corrected.

    4. Really 4:22? Your response to a failed state is to kill more people? Have you no constructive solutions to propose?

    5. Well, something has got to be done. Obvious the judicial system is in complete tatters

    6. What would be your solution 10:04?? What construction advice would you be able to provide to help keep things like this from happening?

    7. Constructive solutions do not exist with what's transpiring in Mexico. Condoning the judges release of a known
killer to kill again is unacceptable.
These actions along with others are why Mexico is a mess. Truth and simple for anyone to see.

What's the point of holding a magistrate position if one cannot uphold the laws? A FAILED STATE OR INCOMPETENCE STATE. Which fits better to ur liking?

Don't make excuses for why these public officials do what they do. What happened to SI SE PUEDE! An anthem for many where other matters reside. But not for Mexico's internal affairs I see.

      Truth hurts.

    8. Accountability is the problem! No one is being held accountable for the wrongdoings of Mexico's current epidemic.
Rather making excuses after excuses as to why public officials can't do their jobs!

    9. @ 10:04
The only constructive solution will be to legalize all drugs in Mexico. Added with the taxation from them to elevate its current state of being (Failed state) so the killings will stop.
I see no alternative since public officials are afraid to do their jobs because of reprisals.

    11. 10:04 A failed state occurs only when a lot of people organize and go for broke putting their ass on the line to throw it away, Not when self apointed pseudo-leaders appoint themselves redeemers of their little world in complicity with some greedy Lima Group kind of war profiteers spreading stupid propaganda as just happened in Venezuela's new version of Bay of Pigs.

What worries me the most is that more foreign private security Contractors and mercenaries find it an excuse to keep masking themselves at work in Mexico, war profiteers fabricate their own opportunities.

Money talks and if the right price for a high individual were at cartels interests. Can best assure you that the judge will take the money and leave his position gladly.

    4. With AMLO, there is review of judicial processes, more judges are having to answer for their dirty deeds, but it takes a long ass time, you know? It is up to you to make NOISE.
--It is almost like on the US where people that swore to defend and obey the US Constipation are having second thoughts about it because it is giving them "constitutionals" (the kind that make them deploy to the outhouse), they don't have law degrees or even one semester of pre-law but they are checking the every move of the US Congress on pure corruption of their eager volunteers.
There is much corruption all over the world, I would say let's start fighting it at the top, even if they deploy their Atlantic, Mediterranean, Pacific, North Korea or their gulf of Mexico Huachicolero Flotas helped franklin graham or jerry falwell jr to send us to our makers.

  12. Wonder how that judge that let him go feels that '1 of their own' was murdered?Probably justifies it by saying better him than me but he's got to live with that for the rest of his life. This is just a perfect example of why the cops don't want to take action unless of course it's to extort the criminals.

  16. What follows is a war against all known and unknown associates of El Chofo at least until he is captured or assassinated for bringing up the polesias' mughty furies.
Chofo is marked whether he is guilty or not, we know perfectly all suspects are innocent until found guilty by a jury of their peers, not by a press friendly with anybody that feeds them their chayote and accuses AMLO of rain or lack of rain.
