Detained, he recorded himself ambushing police

Federal authorities detained Édgar Morales Tranquilino, known as El Largo or El Grande, accused of participating in the ambush and murder of four elements of the Secretaría de Seguridad del Estado de México (SSEM) on a highway located in the municipality of Almoloya de Alquisiras.

Morales Tranquilino, presumed member of La Familia Michoacana, was detained this Thursday at dawn in an address in the town of La Unión in the municipality of Tlatlaya, in the State of Mexico.

Said subject was a government objective, since his participation in several criminal events was accredited, among which is the one of last October 28 in the municipality of Almoloya de Alquisiras, where today he confirmed, that together with 7 other subjects, they ambushed the elements of the SSEM that circulated on the highway, killing four state elements.

"The captured today confirms the investigations carried out by this Prosecutor's Office. Who acknowledged the person who ordered the ambush of the elements was José Damaso, alias 'El 47', a subject that is also a government objective," he said.

El Largo also acknowledged his participation in the killing of the director of Public Safety of Texcaltitlan, which he said was picked up in an orange Frontier van. And the person who kidnapped him was a subject known as El Calamardo who used a 9mm handgun to do so.

  4. That was overkill, they we're not happy until each officer, had 100 bullets in him. Will the judges find a technicality and set them free? This one took a while to get them

  5. Ok since the suspect machine gunned the police, why not turn the tables. And have him shot up, by a firing squad. I would say that would be fair game.

  6. Why apprehension? Probably best to shoot the individual in the head.
Along with leaving his corpse to decay alongside of his territory.

Perfect example for all others who have no respect towards law enforcement.

    4. Easy -E once said tuck the police. If the police sell out, like some also do in the USA, does that still make them ligitimate "law enforcement"? If its eye for an eye; crooked cops are playing the same game

  8. Once in prison, this perp will wish he had been killed instead of arrested, you don't know how ugly the police can get with prisoners that are cop killers, if he does not get an Amparo right away.
