Culiácan, Sinaloa: A Man was Caught Dressed like an Arab Shooting a Bazooka

Yaqui for Borderland Beat from: Excelsior
A man was caught firing a bazooka in the streets of Culiacán dressed as an Arab last night

In the images you can see a man, with his face covered, shooting with a bazooka in the middle of Culiacan.

In social networks was released a video where a young man '' disguised''  as an Arab terrorist and shooting a bazooka in the middle of Avenida de Culiacán .

This video quickly went viral on social networks where it caused fear among the inhabitants of the state capital. Local media say that the video was recorded at the intersection of one of the main avenues of the city, very close to the Las Quintas subdivision. In the video you can see the man with his head covered, holding a bazooka and a gun in the middle of the avenue, while celebrating with his friends detonating a rocket. In the images, lasting 13 seconds, you can also hear the man's friends encouraging him to continue firing.

So far there is no official pronouncement from the authorities.
Just another night of partying in Culiácan ?
It is unclear by the language used if he was arrested or jus "caught" on video

    1. Thank you ! This is what I like to see, someone local who was a real witness.
My impression was that it was not a real bazooka, but that was the language used in every source I read.
      Gracias, amigo.

  5. El Senor would have never allowed this behavior in Culiacan. This makes me wonder if Mayo is no longer boss also...or maybe Mayos sicarios had a bit too much to drink?
