Port of Manzanillo, Colima Bust: 100 Kilos of Coke

Yaqui for Borderland Beat from: Excelsior

The Secretariat of Navy of Mexico secured approximately 100 kilos of alleged cocaine in the port area of Manzanillo, Colima on Nov 30, 2018. The suitcases were found in the container of the boat ''WAN HAI 613'' and 105 packages of white powder were carried in the interior ; the shipment was coming from Guayaquil, Ecuador.

The Navy Secretariat of Mexico as a National Maritime Authority and as Coast Guard reports that today, naval personnel assigned to the Sixth Naval Region, in coordination with the Maritime Customs of Manzanillo, secured three suitcases that contained in its interior 105 packages of white powder with the characteristics similar to cocaine, weighing approximately 100 kilograms, after carrying out the revision to a container that was in the Port of Manzanillo.

This action was carried out as a result of field and cabinet work, where an alleged illicit cargo was found in a container of the "WAN HAI 613" ship, sailing under the Singapore flag, coming from Guayaquil, Ecuador, so when performing a physical inspection with the trained  technical and human resources , the location of said load on the boat was found.

The confiscated drugs  will be placed at the disposition of the Attorney General's Office for the confirmation of the ministerial weight, perform the corresponding tests and integrate an  investigation folder.

It is important to highlight that, with these actions, the Ministry of the Navy, as a National Maritime Authority, reaffirms the commitment to work in coordination with agencies of the three levels of government, to fight organized crime with the resources provided by the Law, always in strict adherence to Human Rights.

"The National Maritime Authority guarantees a Mexico with clean, safe and efficient ports."

    1. There might not be a drought but the prices have gone up in the past few years. What used to be 18k in Texas is now 25K. Which means they are probably at 33K in NYC.

Pull up your chair and sit down for a bit and let me explain something to you and others on here @ B.B.

CDS don’t have to control shit to be active in any area and yes they operate in Manzanillo, Colima and are very active say what you want but it’s true and proven. Lots of battles going on in that area not just CDS vs Los Menchos but with other organizations fighting amongst themselves.
