"El Comandante Diablo" Sentenced to 53 Years

David Rosales Guzmán , "El Comandante Diablo" , identified by the Federal Government as head of the plaza for  Gulf cartel , in Monterrey, Nuevo León, was sentenced to 53 years in prison for the crimes of organized crime, kidnapping, homicide, crimes against health and carrying a firearm for the exclusive use of the armed forces.

Said person was detained by elements of the Federal Police in 2012, in the Los Independientes neighborhood, municipality of Nuevo León.

At the time, it was pointed out that the previous Federal Public Security Secretary  as responsible for multiple homicides, kidnappings, extortion and attacks.

Among the crimes attributed to Rosales is the murder of two men , whose bodies were hung over a pedestrian bridge at the edge of Monterrey and the municipality of San Nicolas de los Garza on August 8.
Similarly, he was held responsible for the attack on the Matehuala Mens Club in Monterrey on August 14, 2012 in which 14 people died and another three were injured.

      Isn’t this the commandante diablo from CD Victoria. Chivis wrote the article. I’m pretty sure he was the one according to people I know from CD Victoria.

  5. Lucky him that the death penalty was not given. Oops! Mexico has no death penalty.
    Funny how mostly everyone is called COMMANDANTE. As if that word truly meant something better than a homicidal narco.

  6. Positive: in Mexico there is no chance of getting out for "good behavior" in half the sentence.
    Negative: conjugal visits which aside from the prison that makes people freeloading assholes living mostly off taxpayers money, rewards them even still with sex.

  7. Wasnt his family murderd and videotaped by los Zetas back in the summer of 2012? If you guys remember the video... Also there was video recorded by CDG in 2012 storming rehabilition center, where at first masked CDG sicarios killed guard in driveby style and than interrogated Zeta in pickup van and than later executed him if you guya remember it name was "Comandante Diablo Reye de reye y insisting terror in Cd Victoria" is this that diablo or another one?

  11. This diablo was the one backing sinaloa in 2012 word out he successfully repelled an ambush by the gulf/Zetas and got el azul to safety. This is when Chapo lined up all the z heads in tamaulipas.
