CDMX: 5 gunned down in a settling of scores.. [Video]

Chivis Martinez for Borderland Beat

Five gunned down in CDMX, in retaliation for killing two drug dealers in Xochimilco.

The shooting occurred on Independencia Street, in Colonia El Triunfo, Iztapalapa delegation in Mexico City.  Three were shot and killed at the scene, while two ran,  but were caught and shot, one dying instantly and one survived.  The man who survived was transferred to a hospital where he later died.

  1. Watch the reluctant red cap wearing sicario, sitting shotgun. He hides in the vehicle while the others take care of business. Then ventures out when the others reappear, shoots a couple of needless rounds and the shooter who sits behind driver even motions for “shotgun” to get his ass in the action. It looks like his first hit.

I wonder if he still has a heartbeat

    1. What a slow Hitman, the red cap guy, wasted time, putting a bullet in the chamber and loosening his safety belt.

    2. It's all very real and lethal, yet amateurish as well.

    3. He was wearing a MAGA hat.

    4. Amateurish? This was done how it needed to be done. This wasn't just a hit but a message. If they really wanted to kill them all they would have came in two to three vehicles with 4 in each.

On another note you have to be stupid to be sitting out in the street like nothing when you know one of your friends has problems if not all of them.

    5. actually dude riding shotgun was one of the first shooters shooting through the open window....I am just saying that he probably put one down. Also, they all are probably zooted on cocaine or meth, so paranoia and delirium are occurring...

Actually, it was quite sloppy, very amateurish.

    7. and that's the point, from INSIDE the vehicle. I said they prob were on coke.

    8. @Chivis very true. They have a clear shot at a closely-packed group of people from less than 20 feet. Even with semi-automatics they should have been able to drop everyone on that corner, considering how the group is just sitting there aloof with their backs to the road. In places like Chicago you will see how people from dangerous areas stay constantly alert when they’re on the street, checking their back and peripherals every few seconds, preparing for something like this to happen.

    9. Chicago are disneyland compared to mexico! In chicago its mostly a street level kids with their bandanas and all this colour shit stuf! In mexico its a real organized crime shit!

    10. Chicago here,
Those are only the ones that get reported, know many that never. Never forget this is a mob town at any level including white collar. More politicos in prison than any other.

PS: ATF agent got shot 3am this morning standing on a street corner in one of the hottest neighborhood running a federal investigation. Point being anybody can get it at any time.

  2. That 80’s look is still a fad down there if they wearing white shoes. And one of them is rocking that LL Cool J look with the one pant leg up. It’s weird to see how American culture has influenced them so much. Is that globalism?

Everyone gets nervous the first time Chivis.

    3. I will take your word for it...however sicarios often say that is how they got through the first killings.

I am reminded of the 2010 Creel Chih balacera video. Video shows the gunmen snorting something prob cocaine just prior to shooting up the house and waiting for the convoy

      here is the vid

    7. 6:04 Mexico aint Chicago as well as cartel hits are not street gang type hits either. These people shot up are probably just a group of friends that out of about 7 or ten only one or two distributed drugs. The rest just chilled with them and ultimately paid the price. The war does not happen daily in their neighborhood until the day comes when it does and nobodyncan hide from it. Eventually most will die or get imprisoned just like in Chicago eithet way!

    1. 10:04 yer right, others just focus on the attackers, but guilty people are usually wary of all cars driving by and the real wily make it a real death trap for drive by artists, I seen that on Cheekagah's Humboldt park and the provinces around the big city.

  14. This looks more like a gang hit done by gangsters of a rival gang from another colonia and that can be either simply for gang rivalry or selling their globitos on the wrong corner without permission. Either way its alarming how a small groups such as a local gangs have become as agressive as a large powerful cartel, they may not have the size the influence the power the connections as a cartel but are still agressive and deadly to the communities they roam. Assault weapons are no longer a weapons that in mexico only the soldiers cops and narcos carried, now even the local crackheads have them

  21. Caught lacking, mexican street gangs now are like chicano gans from the 90’s they use to be less violent and more nacos as they call them out there. Now they are ruthless wich is sad because it means more deaths all over mexico. I wonder if they got the wrong guys. No one with problems would be out like that at night like siting ducks. These guys felt to safe in there block
