Mexico extradited to the USA, the narco traffickers Mario Ramirez Trevino, ex leader of the Cartel del Golfo, and Victor Manuel Felix Felix, brother in law of Jaoquin El Chapo Guzman of the Sinaloa Cartel, informed the Department of Justice today.

Ramirez Trevino, 55 years old, was detained in August of 2013 in Tamaulipas after leading the Cartel del Golfo for 11 months; he had been required by the USA for almost a decade. The criminal leader known as El X-20 or El Pelon, will appear today in Washington before Judge Deborah A Robinson where he will face charges of cocaine and marijuana trafficking to the United States.

The authorities are accusing him of being behind two shipments of 10 and 2.4 tonnes of cocaine that were intercepted in Mexico and Panama in October and November of 2007.

Victor Manuel Felix Felix, who is accused of trafficking of cocaine and money laundering for the Sinaloa Cartel also will appear today before a Judge in San Diego.

The brother in law of Guzman Loera was detained in 2011 after organizing two shipments of cocaine from Ecuador to Mexico for an undercover DEA agent.

  3. What group was el Pelon in charge of? Los Xs or panteras?

    1. He was part of El Coss' men, thus x-20, and Los Panteras were his own bodyguards.

    2. El Pelon was the last person to be in charge of the entire cartel del golfo, since him there has been no overall leader

    3. Who are still active from both groups?

    4. Nah otis...kindly disagree sir. He was with the metros in Reynosa. Matamoros was never controlled by him or anybody from the metros faction since.

    5. You have betillo (toros nephew) and panchotis vs. Panilo fighting in Reynosa. Sr. Cortez is said to be jefe in matamoros. Who know with these guys?

    6. @7:05 , I have never actually been a member of the upper echelons of the CdG, and I suspect neither have you. So my assertion is just the culmination of what I have read about CdG over the last 4 years. If you have some insider information you would care to share, you might convince me otherwise, other than that I guess we will just agree to disagree.

    7. All good otis....it's not insider info bro. Check out the cdg thread in the forum. Not hating on you bro. I actually dig your articles. Fact is x-20 was never overall leader of CDG. I think most people would agree.

  6. Thanks Mexico for imposing the burden upon taxpayers once again of housing your incompetence!
The irony of this story; it’s all America’s doing!
Americas drug habit and greedy businessmen.
So is it fair to say why America shouldn’t house our problem? Despite being a Mexican citizen?

    Just something to ponder on!

--US senator Urine Hatch $177 000.00 USD to pass it through the US Senate...
--102 million USD to grease Congress to pass the necessary laws and harass the DEA into looking the other way with their scientific data and legal diarrhea about the rights of Big Pharma and the Union of Pharmaceutical Distributors...
--The resulting 300 000 overdose deaths are a small price to pay to keep American lawmakers living like the Queen of Versailles and the King's courtesans.
--Then there is the question of how much money they got paid offshore off the books, no decent greedy panderer worth millions will sell out for a measly 100 thousand dollars, much less a UTAH SENATOR with untold miles on the muffler...

Totally agree with your comment 100%
pertaining to Big Pharmaceuticals and it’s ethical practices. A recent report indicated a record amount of 120 million dollars by pharmaceutical companies lobbied into congress this past season.
Raising questions of ethical behavior by members of congress. Despite the issues and concerns from Americans, we all know too well that money talks. Dictating the policies and agendas in America’s society.

Wondering if any special investigative panel will ever be assigned in the near future?
      I think not!

      @12;42
Truth to your response; America’s drug problem
created all this destruction for both countries.
America’s love for drugs and demand are factors for the continuous violence in Mexico.
Corruption and incompetence in Mexico existed long before this drug epidemic in the US.
