"El Cadete": turned himself in to the DEA he is suspected of many murders in Mexico

Chivis Martinez for Borderland Beat from El Diario and Pacer

"El Cadet", suspected murderer of the singer Tito Torbellino

Note from Chivis
It appears that El Cadete is going the same path as Mini Lic.  His turn in was initiated on the 11th and awaited for the grand jury to come back with the indictment.  They did on the 22.  He waived his right to bail hearing, the court thereby ordered a “without prejudice” order, meaning it can be addressed later.

They have also ordered that he be held in protective custody away from other defendants.

Beginning at a date unknown to the grand jury and continuing up to 21 and including September 22, 2017, within the country of Mexico and 22 elsewhere, defendant SAJID EMILIO QUINTERO NAVIDAD, aka "CADETE, /1 who will first enter the United States within the Southern District of 24 California

After post below full documents on the detainment and indictment.

He was one of the drug trafficking 122 objectives of the Mexican Federal Government and having has a extradition order against him, the cousin of the Sinaloan Rafael Caro Quintero, Sajid Emilio Quintero Navidad surrendered to the DEA to contract  an agreement for his complicity  related to organized crime.

Quintero Navidad, identified by the US Treasury Department Plaza de Sonora “plaza chief” , is suspected as being responsible for the murder of the singer known as Tito Torbellino as well as the attempt on singer Javier Rosas happened in Culiacan.

Known as El Cadete, Quintero Navidad is singled out for the countless number of homicides and uprisings, and despite this, today it seeks to bargain with the U.S.

Last July, Dámaso López Serrano, alias El Mini Lic, also turned himself in to the Justice Department seeking to reach agreements to reduce a future sentence, despite the countless crimes that are blamed on him in Sinaloa.

According to federal sources, "El Cadete", along with his former right-hand man "El Chapo" Trini, executed a few months ago in Guadalajara, Jalisco, is responsible for the violence in the state of Sonora.

Trinidad Olivas Valenzuela [el jhapo Trini] was murdered in a taco shop on the way to Zapopan last July 12th . He was one of the Plaza Chiefs in Ciudad Obregón. [Sonora]

According to federal intelligence reports, Quintero Navidad was involved in the kidnapping of Joaquín El Chapo Guzmán's children in August last year at the La Leche restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. In the conspiracy against the Guzman was also his cousin Jose Gil Caro, aka “Jogil”, as well as “El Mini Lic”.

Same strategy to negotiate with the DEA was used by Álvaro López Núñez, brother of Dámaso López Núñez, El Licenciado, who also proposed agreements with the American  government to reduce their sentences, in exchange for providing information about their partners and enemies.

According to the Sinaloa attorney general,  Sajid Quintero ordered a group of gunmen to kill Javier Rosas in retaliation for the attack against a narcocorrido signer in Chihuahua.

It was also established that he ordered the murder of singer Tomas Tovar Rascón, better known as Tito Torbellino, in May 2014, in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora.

  1. So turns out drug lords in Mexico ain't so stupid after all! Guys like this and Mini Lic turn themselves in then just mention a bit about their organizations like how many drugs they obtain a month, from which countries they come from, and how they ship them into the U.S. like hidden in cars or through the desert. They don't really have to say much other than who their boss is, then that they don't know how to reach them. They also don't have to name each individual that works under their leadership. All they have to do is throw a few bullshit words or tactics of how they work and that's it. Two three years from now they get a 15 year sentence if even that and this is cut due to time being served while awaiting trial. They leave jail after serving their time with all their assets in Mexico in place and relatively still young enough to enjoy them while drugs keep comming in and or even home made drugs are still consumed by the tons by drug users here in the states.
Drug usage in the U.S. will never end with this policy of incarceration instead of education as it has been shown for the last 30 years at least.

    2. @7:06 I, don't really care if or when he gets out in 15 yrs. The real message here is that this drug business will never end!

    3. @1:25 Please name one drug lord who was released from prison in the US and is living it up "retired" on Mexico with all their money. Exactly there is none.

    5. Sounds like a real rat salad is coming together , America will always have a drug problem as long as America has a CIA and both the USA and Mexico continue this bullshit prohibition facade . Eventually people will wake up to those facts it prbly wont be in my life time but people are starting to figure out whos behind the scenes making it all happen , the tv series Snowfall is monumental in this . And I applaud their efforts

    9. @12:43. 1:25 is 100% correct! Your obviously a new spectator. Just research all the drug dealers and pilots that worked with prosecution and are now free and loving life. The Flores twins will be the biggest example of this. Just look at how many still active; now known big time dealers have done little time. Mencho, Amado did time. You really need to do some research and you’ll understand how the US justice system rewards crime.

    10. opioids wuz legal, big pharma made a bunch of billions of dollars, insurances, medicare and medicaid had to pay for the medicines and the prescriptions while lobbyists, lawmakers, businessmen, made off with millions of dollars, now a mysterious new drug czar is getting groomed to take hundreds of billions of dollars to help fight the opioids epidemic and make a killing all over again, guess who will be in charge of spending the budget for this new war on drugs? the guys that pushed for mickey mouse voluntary compliance by big pharma and for kicking the DEA off the case, that who.

    1. This is crazy but the info I got (not saying names) is that MP ran Emilio out of culiacan for killing a hit men of his who was very important and close to el MP and to his people. As crazy as it sounds the person who told me also said MP is still active and is in a wheelchair because in the fight in Rocky Point aka Puerto Penasco he lost his right leg and did not die from the war.

He also informed me that mz gave an order to mz people not to start conflict between them and el MP because of the border plazas MP gained for el MZ. When Vicente went to jail he sent a note out to his people to watch over MP because vicente had lots of respect for mp and looked at mp as his 2nd father.

I'm just saying what is already known in "La Base" for those that don't know what "La Base" is it's Baja California, Sonora and Sinaloa.

If one goes to any 3 of those State's especially in the Sierras areas you'll soon find out what's going on.

You say "confidential" about 1/8 of the stuff posted on here other then the admin postings are true. And just to let you know Nothing is "confidential" unless it's a one-on-one meeting.

I've posted other things on here people called me out on saying it was BS a day or two later shit was posted by the admin of this page crediting a "news source info." Get it right people know more then I do and say more then I do. I JUST say what's already known. One thing I can assure the readers is that MP is not dead.

Because as impressive as that video looks to you in tamaulipas cdg and zetas have groups like grupo escorpion or grupo bravo that have better equipment and better men who actually do war with other groups like cdn or rival factions withing the cdg. So in other words cjng wld get their asses kicked. If you dont belive it google it. Like the vehicles armory busted in matamoros where the matamoros faction bullet proofed its vehicles. Or google grupo escorpion cdg this group just took the rio bravo plaza from el metro 28 within the last week. Check out the white trucks with the 50 cal mounted on the bed with armored plate in front to protect the shooter.

Good for him he will be doing and easy 15 yrs with all the ammentities fed prison has and will be free. Hopefully they dont hand him over to Mexico after and end up doing mexican time. If so then he is fkd and shouldve went out blazing like el jefe de jefes... el botas blancas!!

On the street people get nicknames all the time, this "cadete" may have just been a fan of "Los Cadetes de Linares", who are a norteño grupo from Linares Nuevo Leon.

He is responsible for the incursion of CDS into Gomez Farias Chihuahua and for most of the violence in other places of the Chihuahua Sierra like Cuautemoch, and Madera as well. Newspaper reports where he was moving people into the Valley of cd Juarez in order to begin another offensive with La Linea for control of the Juarez drug plaza.
