A video circulating on various social networks shows the moment when a presumed criminal group performs a religious ceremony before going to "war" in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.

The local press says that the images show at least 35 members of the Gulf Cartel, who prepare their "souls" to die in peace and for the possibility of dying.

The recording of just over a minute in duration, the subjects appear armed with large calibre rifles, dressed in tactical gear and at the same time repeat the sentences that one of the leaders indicates to them.

"Praise be my lord, prepare my fingers for war and my hands for battle," are some of the words that the armed men repeat that appear in the images.

Authorities now confirm the authenticity of the video which was recorded on the cell phone of one of the gunmen as Psalm 144.

In recent weeks the state of Tamaulipas has faced a hard war against drug trafficking, and between drug trafficking groups, which has so far resulted in dozens of people killed.

    4. The marina and army are going to win 99% of the time.. more soilders on their side as well as helicopters and reinforcement. These guys know they will die, although I personally can not fathom the motives behind those kinds of action I do understand that they are prepared to die. The acceptance of death is something we as human beings all understand in one way or another.

    5. 6:32 the marinas and soldados recomended their victims to pray and record the praying, State Sponsored Terrorism needs it to make sure they have their kills justified...
it what it looks like, the mexican armed forces have been too impotent probesitos for too long, all they find is 8nnocent victims, impunity and impotence because that is built in, again, probesitos mexican military, but they sure can kidnap, rob, extort, kill, murder and rape at will.

    1. I'd say it's up there with the video of Don Chelo's party in Puente Grande. That showed how corrupt the Mexican penal authorities (and Mexican authorities in general) are. Some of the videos on Mini Lic's insta are gold as well; like the one of sicarios chasing down and disabling a Cessna with their troca.

    1. In Tlatlaya this kind of video was needed to justify the murdering, in Reynosa, the evidence is in before the killing starts, smart, priceless, ain't that smart?

    2. Wrong even though they do not train like our marines or army,,,.. they do have training... they call it la diestra,.. when you make the team the bosses are to send you to small arma trainning and rifle trainning... not to the extent of the rames forces but none the less some trainning is better than none.... the difference is that they are disorganized once the bullets start flying,... some even run away from battle,,,.. those are the ones that tend to live longer..... if every one did their duty and cover right, left flanks then they would fair a lot better,,.. maneuvers are no where to be found once the bullets fly,,,... but they do train.....

    2. You are correct the priceless truth of such a dired necessity for legal employment in Mexico. The monetary gains to these individuals are the bottom of the food chain.
Then again poor judgment is also a factor.

  10. 1:56 "scumbag sicarios" need God's help and pray for it.

Just trying to help things along, they know their God appreciates the help.

  11. What God do they offer such blessings for?
Definitely not a God whose institution consists of ; love thy neighbor, thou should not kill, thou should not steal.
Such hypocrites. A display of misguided idiots where a conflict of beliefs are at question .

Warning! No justification will be given for your stupidity.

    1. They would pray to Huitzilopochtli if they had any schooling,
And if they had any culture they would pray to Quetzalcoatl, also known as Ku-Kul-Kan to the Mayas.
But the germs and pestilence imported by the "conquistadors" took care of the Indian cultures for the bible's god.

  12. Most units in the military in specific infantry or even police before raids conduct a quick prayer...I don't see this poor sicario bastards any different..at the end of the day they are still human being ,yes criminals but regardless they still have the right to pray to whom ever they choose....I personally I pray to Jesus some times santa muerte even the devil himself I ask him not to get near me. is normal to get some type of physiologic braing washing to commit certain actions...

    1. I have seriously wondered why such military practices are not being applied to such?
The surveillance and execution of drones would definitely merit the justifications of government causalities .
Then again such implementations are well opposed by those who are engaged in such.
