Conversation between CDG comandantes reveal car bomb plans, narco message follows

By Lucio R. Borderland Beat

On October 21we were sent a link to an audio recording which was posted on the Face book page “Río Bravo Zona De Peligro”.

While there is no way for us to verify its authenticity, there has been a development that makes it worthwhile to post the story.

Translation of the audio narrative

This is difficult but what makes sense is that there are 2 lines of communication going on simultaneously.  I believe there is the cell phone communication between CDG comandantes Chiricuas and Wero (guero) Cleofas, and also an open radio frequency communication with comandante Toro which is referred to but Toro is unheard.  (Julian Manuel "Comandante Toro" Loisa Salinas)

In the recording Chiricuas is off the rails high and does most the speaking.  At first there is a little banter back and forth,  Chiricuas then says that Los Zetas cartel is back in Cuidad Mier.

Mier a border city in Tamaulipas was the site of the 2010 CDG/Zetas massive combat over control of it and other cities.  This was at the time of the split between the two former allies.  Mier was ground zero of the battle.  It was the first Mexican city where citizens were told to leave or be killed.  In the mass exodus that followed, thousands of families had nowhere to go, and shelters were set up in nearby cities such as San Miguel Aleman.  BB administrator Chivis Martinez and her foundation took supplies to the Mier SMA shelter, read about that troubling experience by linking here.

In the audio,  car bombs are discussed.  Chiricuas tells Wero of the plans to detonate car bombs in the vehicles of the Fuerza Tamaulipas.  He says this is for retaliation of the heavy hits against Metros (CDG) of Reynosa by the Fuerza.

Wero (left) tells Chiricuas to “turn off the radio, tell the boss (Toro) I am at his service”.

Also discussed was a reference to “Capo Leal Moncada" (Narco Viejo) saying he was told when he wants to see Jefe Toro about send a car bomb for the police, to tell the Jefe of Victoria.  He refers to the police as “fucking polinegros, poliguachos, poliazules, polimarinos”.

Subsequent to the recording being broadcast on October 21, (the same day we were sent the link), on the Face book page “Río Bravo Zona De Peligro”, others picked up the story over the next few days.

A week or so later a narco manta appeared allegedly from “Toro”.

Above is white truck seized in the near capture of Toto in October 20th, the money
Toto said was inside was not listed as being seized.

The translated text:
Mr. President Enrique Peña Nieto, Governor Egidio Torre Cantú, Mayor Pepe Elias Leal and the State Police Force of Tamaulipas, Fedral Police, Sedena and Marina, this message is for you, to make it clear, I am a drug trafficker, I am not a terrorist , as announced through social media, where it said that I want to use car bombs to unleash a dirty war.
There is no justification, I am outside the bounds of the law, but I repeat, I am a drug trafficker.  I am also seen as a kidnapper and extortionist but check your files, and you will see these crimes have decreased since I have been at the helm.
Also, why not make public about what happened with the 8 million pesos and 158,000 U.S. Dollars that was inside the white truck that was seized in Los Arcos
In the end you are the same or worse than us, because you are criminals also, the only  difference is that you use the police to commit your abuses and violations.
Sincerely,
Comandante Toro and CDG

With all the infighting and hits CDG been taking, seems like they defeated the zetas alot of strongholds of Los Zetas like Ciudad Victoria, San Fernando and Mier were taken from them after Z40's downfall, there was a time when the Z seemed unstoppable

    1. CDG defeated zetas in victoria? says who? vicky is zeta 95%. CDG do have people inside, but that doesn't mean anything. zetas have people in plazas like matamoros and reynosa, and they are still CDG plazas. mier has been for a long time CDG territory, la hamburguesa is from mier. i read a few months back that zetas were gaining territory in mier, too.and 40 was already locked up. as far as i know san fernando is still zeta, but it was always a very disputed plaza. zetas have always made their incursions into matamoros, valle hermoso and reynosa from san fernando.

    3. When the seta ship started sinking, ALL THE RATS had been leaving for a while, because the rata-zetas elitist capos chose to buy horses and horse ranchos instead of paying their halcones and other sicarios, the top setas left first.
--Of course many people who chose on time still are in business but not with las setas...

  7. I personally believe the recording is staged and fabricated. Horrible acting at best.

CDG are known to have personal meetings, and they hold them often.

Why would top capos speak of such extreme plans over the radio?

If this were the 90s, sure, but the groups in Tamaulipas are extremely technologically inclined and there is reason why we have not heard such recordings before.

    3. well no, but why would you ask such a question? I have been truthful about my position and work. I went to NE Mx about 12 yrs ago to operate our family foundation. I went there because my mentor works there and he could help me. Once there I realized I was in the middle of ground zero in narco activity and violence. And that I knew nohting about cartels.a friend gave me a list of good blogs, BB was one.

In the Mier link above, Ovemex wrote about Grandma Gloria, that is me. Ovemex helped us on the Mier Project which was the scariest project we have ever done. it was almost impossible to get a truck company to contract with us.

A spanish teacher in High School told me that Mexicans speak the worst spanish . dont want to hurt some of yall's feelings so i wont point out which states have laughable dictation . And its not true Mexicans have bad Spanish. Because my grandparents and parents never spoke trashy and we are from rural areas of mexico. ( but we also had descendants that were European immigrants so maybe they knew Castellani)

    7. 7:36, I'm a little confused in what you seek. You realize, by your own account, that different states have different dialects (Not Dictation). Wouldn't you say that your use of the term Y'alls pertains to Southern America. NOW I am persecuting you for your misconception of the word dictation, Paisa.... I am Mexican, American born and not a Racist...

      Delete
    8. @7:36 your "dictation" is laughable at best. you got so excited to point your little ignorant fingers at "paisas", you didn't even notice your own mistake, what's worse, in English. Diction, dumbass. Diction. Not "dictation". Since you're an ignorant dumbass, read and learn: dictation refers to language as it pertains to being written down. Diction, refers to choice of spoken vocabulary. You learned something from the fruits of the paisanada you jumped at what you perceived as an opportunity to insult, captain jackass. Stick to English kid, you've yet to master it before you try and take that scary, scary leap to Spanish. Peace desde Texas, y vete a la verga wey.

    11. You got a point mr. Chicano but here is something you may already know, even though we are all mexicans coming from Mexico ,we ain't the same ,meaning if you grew up like in the north part of mexico your spanish and SLANG if any is gonna be diferent from like a chilango like myself you dig? Per example if you call a michoacano GUEY he may wanna give you a beating because you are calling him cuernudo (wich he probably is lol) so yeah spanish and slang is diferent depends where you are coming from,by the way we don't have sex with burras in DF you feel me? So bottom line chicano you and your imaginary teacher se pueden ir mucho a chingar a su puta madre,if you ain't understand that ,you better ask somebody.

  14. Your generalization of Mexicans makes me believe that you are not familiar with Mexicans of every socioeconomic and level of education. Like every country, people who grow up in low-income areas or have a low level of education, are the ones who tend to speak like this. Central and South American Spanish speakers also have words that they use that are considered vulgar and of bad taste by those who speak "grammatically correct Spanish". Same goes for the English language, many people believe that the use of "yall", is a poor use of the English language. Many people believe that New Yorkers have the worst English, or Californians have the worst English. But I have heard the most that Southern Americans have the worst English. It all depends on each person's personal opinion about the subject.

  16. Anybody correct me if I'm wrong, but I was taught the word "verga" is the rope used to anchor or tie off boats at docks. No offense, mostly heard from Central American people. A very vulgar word referring to dick, cock, penis. Which is a disrespect, when used with Mexicans and probably picked up by the Mexican people when migrant people from Central America passed through.
