El Tio considered to be the "Financial Brain" of this criminal group, has been examined by psychologists; Authorities think this is a plan by him to be diagnosed with dimensia to facilitate his release.

Reporter: Nacho Alzaga

Dionisio Loya Plancarte, "El Tio", one of the leaders of the Knights Templar Cartel, is plotting to use Mental Health problems, in an attempt to be set free from Federal Maximum Security prison where he is currently incarcerated, since January 2014.

Paradoxically, the alleged drug trafficker identified by the Federal Government as the financial brain of the criminal organisation, has said through his defenders that he has psychological problems.

On the 10th of April, Loya Plancarte promoted an amparo indirectly before the Judge of the Second District in matters of Amparo and Federal Trials in the State of Mexico based in that State on case 518/2015.

In the observations of the Trial of Guarantees, it was received for incompetence of a Judge of the Seventh District in Michoacan, an authority before  that he had already intended to obtain the protection of Federal Justice.

El Tio is complaining of " lack of medical attention from psychologists and that he need to attend a mental health clinic".

As well as " the lack of supply of a medic that he needs for said problems, and to assign a medic inside the prison to care for him".

The amparo was admitted as a formality and an order raised by the authorities to carry out psychiatric examination of Plancarte to determine if his argument is true.

Consultants and Functionaries of the Cabinet for National Security accused the supposed leader of the Templarios of " looking for a strategy that will declare him demented, with the intention of him not being declared competent to be condemned for his crimes.

The alleged Capo was detained on 27th of January of 2014 by Federal Authorities in Morelia, Michoacan.

Loya Plancarte, was hiding in a closet when he was detained during an operation carried out at 05:30 am, without a single shot fired, informed Monte Alejandro Rubidio, then Secretary of the National System of Public Security.

The Attorney General of the Republic offered a reward of up to 30 million pesos for his capture, following the accord A/123/09, he was sought for being a member of a criminal organisation and crimes against health ( narco trafficking ).

According to the Federal Government, he was the financial brain of La Familia and later the Knights Templar, and responsible for press and public relations for the organisation , well it was presumed that he was in contact with the authorities of Public Security and Prosecutor of Justice.

This man, according to authorities, intended to follow the strategy of Nazario Moreno "El Chayo" or "El Mas Loco", top boss of the criminal organisation who started a media campaign against the authorities during the presidency of Felipe Calderon who said that he was dead, until he was killed during a confrontation with this administration.

Death's too good for some people. Lo mejor que puede pasar es que llegue a ser un anciano en la carcel.

  4. If an amparo is granted for his release el juez should be charged with a delito mayor. It is time to root out the cause of injustice in Michoacan. Nothing is fixed hasta gobernacion y justicia is fixed. Los juez must learn accepting mordida has awful consequences. That is how to correct injustice.

  14. Every murdering criminal psycho is in poor mental health. They need to take a baseline assesment at the time of capture. If being crazy helps them murder then being crazy should keep them locked up. My response to his plea: Boo Freakin' Hoo! He just wants to get out and dig up his stash of cash.

  21. You gotta love these cartel buffoons. They think they are Billy Badass when they were on the streets killing unarmed children and elderly then when they get caught they cry and plead for medical treatment and release. Fuck them, Mexico has to change their laws and lock these pukes up for life and toss the key or simply start executing these vermin. While free they mass murder butcher rape torture then once arrested they want released because they can't handle being locked in a cage like the rabid dogs they really are. Hope he loses his mind locked in a cage and any judge who releases him should be shot.

Real tears after you get caught make you a coward, crocodile tears after you get caught just means you're still trying to manipulate the system to your advantage....if you get happy at the thought of them crying and they really aren't, then youse a sucka

  38. We have to protect it, both regarding assets and dollars, for the individuals who are less lucky and need to get to the framework for genuine medical issues. How great would that vibe? https://rxasapdownload.com/es/
