Marisol Torres, daughter of Javier Torres Félix dead

Lucio R. Borderland Beat

Marisol posted this on her Instagram account 8 months ago
El Debate is reporting Marisol Torres Urrea, the daughter of drug trafficker Javier Torres Felix aka “JT”, died this afternoon in a private Culiacan hospital. She suffered from lupus.

Lupus is a serious autoimmune disorder for which there is no cure.  Sufferers can die of stroke from blood clots, organ failure and other issues related from an attack. It is a debilitating painful condition, common is severe pain in joints sometimes causing the patient to become permanently non- ambulatory.  Although it is genetic, the onset of the first attack usually does not present itself until after puberty, or as late as 40.  It is not an acquired disease.

In recent days, blood donations were publicly requested for Ms Torres.

Her social network sites have been inactive for months, her Facebook account has been striped of photos.  This absence from social network could indicate she has been suffering a flareup from lupus.  Flareups can last for many months and during the flareup the condition attacks organs which can cause a failure of any organ and death.

This is the last photo she posted on IG also 8 mos ago
In January 2004, “JT” was arrested by Special Forces in Culiacán.  In 2006 he was extradited to the United States, where he was found guilty on charges of drug trafficking.

He was sentenced to 126 months in federal prison.

After completing his sentence, Torres Félix was released and deported back to Mexico.

In April 2013, he was deported and the Mexican authorities were waiting to greet him with an arrest warrant as he crossed the international border.

His charges  are; organized crime, homicide, and illegal use of firearms. He remains in prison as he awaits trial.

  1. I think some of the underrated victims in the narco world are the children of the narcos themselves. Every narco has many many children and willingly places them in danger by being part of that world.
Obviously almost every one of these kids becomes a criminal if they live that long, but at the age those kids in the photo are, they are still innocent, and it's not right that their ridiculous parents "raise" them in a world where they could be the targets of rivals, just because their parents want recognition for raising a family.
You should only have kids if you have a vested interest in the wellbeing of the kids themselves, and I believe most narcos who are willing to put their kids at risk the way they do, are only in it for the reputation of being a 'family person'.

    4. In Mexico, in order to receive blood someone has to go and give blood on your behalve. I know this because I've donated in mexico so a friend's family member could receive blood. Those request were most likely done by the family. In the end she was still a human and people should be considerate about the family's lose.
My condolences to the Torres family. May she rest in peace!

It is by karma's hand that your bloodlines will suffer. Your words may be steadfast today but will you speak so eloquently when it is your own mother, daughter, son or sibling. She was family to me, we will all be called up when it is our time to go. I will pay my sins and so will the rest of you. I am ready whenever the lord says the word. And when he speaks "who shall i send" i will respond "send me".

  6. Bad talking behind screens is all she would do, she was no angel. She managed her dads blood money (laundered money through her cyber cafes and car washes) and served as a publicist for her family through social media. She was computer savy one of the original narco social media queens. She would put pictures of other girls handcuffed and beaten on her personal metro log and would even post her fat ass in lingerie.

There has been cases when the children of these drug barons are completely innocent of any wrong doings, but rest assured Marisol is not one of these cases.

Screw the spineless bitch. Think about all the innocents and others butchered and murdered so she could ave what she has.She was a queen of money laundering. Too bad she didn't suffer more but in the end she got what she deserved by KARMA.

  11. yes she was in the family biz, she was the money girl, taking care of accounting. She could war on social media in bitch fests now and then. Yes most all of her photos posted were that of her children and family. Yes her father trafficked drugs. Yes she loved him and iho he was her hero.

She was much lower key in her appearance compared to the famous/infamous buchonas of Sinaloa. She posted once that she thought too much plastic surgery and implanted asses were wrong for a woman to do, that it took away the beauty that women naturally have, and they become the same in a sea of altered faces, and iho it makes them ugly not beautiful.

She is the child of a narco, in a family of narcos, where children don't know much else, there is no shame in the game because the game is who they are. I always wondered why narcos don't insist on better for their offspring, they made their money, why not the next generation break away from the life that takes so much from them and their lives.. Many study, as Marisol did at fine schools, and then return to the family business.

So I expect that people will say "good I hope she suffered she got what she deserved, may the bitch burn in hell". But is that fair? Death to a woman born into the narco world, who never killed anyone, raped anyone, dismembered anyone, kidnapped anyone. At least that I ever heard of. She was the numbers girl in an illegal dirty business" She died innocently, remember she was never proven otherwise. She died a horrible death. A painful death where your body betrays your body. turning on itself, in its confusion attacks the heart, or kidneys or unborn babies sometimes until they are dead. I know all about this Lupus. I have seen death from lupus granddaughter) and almost lost my daughter 4 weeks ago, she pulled through with 80% odds against her. I don't believe this young woman deserved to die as she did., although she was no angel on earth, she was no devil either.

    10. yes, excellent post, props for being able to not paint everything black and white. It is easy to be dismissive.

Let me try speaking to those who ...well never mind I will just say that we need to understand people in order to create change. Bad people absolutely need to be held accountable, but a relative should never be held accountable for the sins of another. Each has his or her debt to pay to society or higher power.

You and the few others that have a knee jerk reaction don't care about Mexico, why you are here I am not sure, but I feel many of you come from a deep seeded hate for those "illegals" so you fight anything, remember black and white.

Hold your horses. I have something to say about your counter part in Mexico. They too blame the US for all the ills of Mexico, for the massive drug use, for "training narcos", for the weapons that flow south, for want to take over Mexico for its cheap labor and abundant natural resources.

see you both have common ground. HATE and Prejudice.. and no good comes a position with those destructive characteristics. to help each other we help ourselves.

try to understand the children of Mexico having little education, and no opportunity. and opportunity comes in the way of selling or harvesting drugs. How else could an illiterate child of the Sinaloa sierras rise to become one of the wealthiest, most powerful men in the world? imagine what he could have been with an education? and opportunity? impoverished children see that example and that is a dream that has legs. not being a successful businessman, or law maker, and those positions, those dreams are a waste of time.

keep hating. and any change you see will be from a place of defiance mixed in criminality.

  18. Kind of like saying that the corrupt people in the government will pass the same corrupt traits down to their children. But it is all they know. It is OK because they know no other life. At some time you have to realize your father is no good and get away from that life. So in essence Mexico will always be corrupt because it is a way of life, and the children will follow in their footsteps. If my father or any member of my was a brutal drug dealer or a corrupt politician, I know I would be smart enough to distance myself from them as soon as I matured and could think. I would not count their blood money so I could live good off their lifestyle. Photos of children and family? More like photos of up and coming criminals. Kind of like the mafia wife's program on television. It is hard to believe that people will even watch that crap. Oh, humanity. Where is it going? Some of these posts make me laugh.

    1. that is not at all what the comment is saying, your comment says much. some kids do follow in the politicos footsteps but most don't. narco world is very small, for obvious reasons. not so in the corrupt world of politics, children can go anything freely and study, live or whatever they choose. narco world is generational. and parents should want better, but it is about trust. family is trust, it is easy to hire someone but trust is always tentative outside family.

    2. We got that problem in the US as well, with the children of gang members are raised with aspirations to be gang members and "put in work for the hood" like their prison time serving dad's did. They grow up with a towards law enforcement. Also in politics, you got kids growing up trying to impress their dads by following their footsteps into a world of political power and corruption. Just look at the Bush family. "Daddy started a war with a middle eastern country to take over it's oil supply, no matter how many people died, so I have to do the same so he can be proud of." Like you said, "oh, humanity. Where is it going?

You do not see people that just pop up out of the woodwork that do not have family connections in government. Many have connections to criminal groups also that are have family involved. Like the criminal groups many in government are hired from within their own genetic pool. It might be a good idea here as well as in the USA to not let a close relative follow into the higher positions in government. Look What has happened with Clinton. 7. The sins of our fathers..My father was in prison, for murdering a man, over a comment. How is that my fault..Why did people judge me, for my fathers sins...Oh, but they did!! I was in 4th grade, when that happened. My father, was the one guilty..and on trial, not me. I could have sworn, that I was the one who had killed that man, for the way..I was treated, by so so many ignorant people. When I grew a little older and wiser.. I would remind someone, that..I was my fathers child! Middle school..and the daughter of a murderer..Let's just say, I wasn't bullied.

    8. @2:31 you fail to understand that she was a grown women involved in the cartel business. We aren't blaming her so much for her fathers actions but her willingness to be part of a blood ridden trade, in which she boasted her riches online and show no sympathy. Karma dealt her a fair share, so quit your sob story over your fathers murderous ways. It would only be an appropriate comparison if you somehow also had a part in his murders or profits from his actions.

  28. sea lo que sea su familia que ella DEP. you could tell she was a serious girl. she carried herself with dignity and humility. she wasn't like her counterparts bragging and boasting. i bet she knew the money she was handling was blood money and felt remorse but thats the cards life dealt her. its easy to say "oh she could've said no.. oh she could've not used that money. oh she could've not handled that money" but easier said than done. its not easy packing your bags up and leaving your family... she's one of the few narco kids I respect. i doubt she had ex-boyfriends wacked like her counterparts, she wasn't a dime a dozen narco buchona... just by her expressions you can tell she was a well rounded girl who probably lived with guilt everyday about blood money but hey that's what life dealt her.

RIP MARISOL.. erqs una mujer hermosa y que estes con Jesuscristo y toda su gloria... may God have mercy on you!!

    2. yes you can hold her responsible - she was part of all of this - she was using, spending and laundering the money from those massacred and butchered. She knew EXACTLY where and how the funds derived. Prayers go only to the victims of who the money was stolen from and buried in the unmarked mass graves so she could have what she wanted.

Gloating over her death from a horrible disease? Hell no, you are wrong.

We hate that this woman and her family lived luxuriously off of the monies paid for in human lives, and that she also was part of the cartel business. Some of those posting here had families killed by her family. If anything, we should all be saying rest in peace for all of the murdered innocents.

    2. Do you know for sure she was in the cartel biz? How do you know, he say she say? That's right you don't so you speculate. Please reserve your ignorance.

    3. 6:15 Stop talking silliness. Some of us knew her and yes she did help launder cartel monies which makes her a part of the cartel.

Most people on this site could care less about the lupus so you need to get real...She is in very real trouble now!

  32. We all know that, thats the real problem thay BB is not in the business of writing about. We are the real ignorants made by ourselfs and not the gov.. We settle.. Because you said it "we keep it to ourselves" call the fuck'n Mexican Marines on their asses.. Unless you dont wanna be a snitch. The problem is and is not drugs.. It's IGNORANCE, yours, mine and theirs

  33. I agree. Is similar when citizens will say "stay away from narcos", but then if they hear that that a local woman will marry one, they will celebrate.

    1. willis, how do you know they are Mexicans? because a couple were in Spanish? that is very racist of you.

it is mixed with an edge to non Mexicans. like the lady so high she claims not to ever most weed, drugs etc AND knows not a person in the history of her life that did.

she is wacked or lives on a commune with fundamentalist Mormons and they don't do drugs they just abuse children.

  38. 4:25 Good comment. What you’re saying is that there is a confusing and traitorous love/hate relationship going on. Many people think and behave like this, which is why Mexico is in the trouble it is in. They manage to confuse situations instead of looking at problems with a clear unencumbered view. Similar to your example, because she had a debilitating disease, they want to overlook the fact of her cartel lifestyle or worse mix it up with the disease!

As an adult she indeed had enough maturity to not be a part of the cartel business, but she did not! All the money that supported her and her children’s lifestyle came from bloodshed.

So what if lupus is painful? Cancer & other diseases are too, but most people with lupus & cancers don’t live off of monies gained through bloodshed!
