Sentenced 5 years in 2014 but Queen of the Pacific is ordered released

By Lucio for Borderland Beat

Sandra Ávila Beltrán left the prison at 10 A.M. This morning

Sandra Ávila Beltrán, also known as "La Reina del Pacífico" or The Queen of the Pacific”, was released from imprisonment in the United States in September 5, 2014, and immediately deported to her native Mexico.

Upon her arrival in Mexico she was incarcerated in the Nayarit federal prison, and was sentenced to 5 years for money laundering more than 10 million pesos.

She appealed that sentence and the decision was handed down yesterday,  “the appeal filed by Ávila Beltrán against this judgment,  on  February 6, 2015 Judge of the second unit of the third circuit court reversed the judgment of the Seventh District Judge Federal Criminal Proceedings in the State of Jalisco, and ordered the immediate release of the inmate, finding that  Avila Beltrán had already been tried for the same crime, both in Mexico and The United States .”

In September 2007  she was arrested in Mexico City along with her boyfriend and Colombian
cocaine drug trafficker, Juan Diego Espinosa Ramírez 'El Tigre'.  She was charged with and convicted of laundering money for billions of dollars’ worth of drugs smuggled from Colombia to Mexico.  She was an intermediary between Mexican drug cartels and their Colombian suppliers.

She was then extradited to the U.S. in June 2012 on cocaine trafficking charges that had dated  back to 2001, after  two failed extradition attempts, the third was ultimately successful.

    1. No, you have to understand, I was the one that when she was extradited here to the US on those false Drug charges, my team got her the Bulldog Atty and the false drug charge case fell apart quickly and even the DEA played sick and wouldnt come to court. So get this, since they really didnt have anything on her or try to scare her into taking a PLEA DEAL to save their ASS, they created some charge out of the air charge of giving her Colombia boyfriend money while he was on the run, which made them look real stupid.

So, I told her family and the atty, she made the DEA look real stupid and beat them and they would do something foul when she was deported back to Mexico and I was right, they did. They contacted one of their Jalisco puppet Atty to file false charges on her, to keep her locked up in Mexico.

So again, I got her another Mexican Bulldog Atty there and gave him the information that those false Jalisco charges was dismissed by the Mexican Federal Court before she was extradited to the US, 2 yrs ago.

So the Mexican Bulldog Atty in Mexico filed the motion to raise this issue since she's been sitting there for over 2 years with no courtdate and as you see, the judge reviewed the case on Feb. 6, 2015 and IMMEDIATELY order her released.

This that's shows you how foul the US is when them at their own game. Understand this, Sandra is the ONLY one that has beat the US on these false drug charges and she even had the balls to challenge them and didnt take a PLEA DEAL like most Mexican businessmen get scared and take. Now where planning on suing the Mexico Govt for violating her Civil Rights based on false US lies. Here's the video of her release.

  7. Ok I LITERALLY called this! Look at the article Chivis posted last year where this woman was demanding more makeup and whatnot in prison. I commented and predicted she'd be released this year and that no one would make a big fuss over it.
I don't really care if she's free. What bothers me is how much of tax payers dollars have gone towards her, for her to walk free without having to pay for her crimes, simply because she's from a country with an irresponsible judicial system.
Now let's see how long El Chucky and the wife of the mayor of Iguala are locked up...

    2. Don't sweat the details! Still, one crime in Mex that deserves mexican punishment and another crime against the laws of the U.S.A. for which she should serve a term of punishment in
the U.S.A. Mexico should not forgive the Mexican crime because she payed for the American crime.

  18. Biggest threats to Mexicanos:

    a) Judicial system

    b) Policia

    c) Gringos who send $ y armas

    d) carteleros

    ReplyDelete

    1. The gringos do not send them. They sell them. It would be racist to not sell guns to Hispnaics and against the law in the USA. I live in Mexico and it is well known that Mexicans and families of Mexicans cross them a few at a time. If you are talking about the arms that are sent to the Mexican government to control crime then I agree with you. Because they are in cahoots with the cartels and they sucks off each other tits. The guns sent for good end up going into the hands of the bad.

  20. Overall women are treated worse than men in Mexico (and most places), but when it comes to locking people up and KEEPING them locked up, I think women tend to get better treatment.

  21. Mexico's birth rate is just a bit higher than US at 2.2 (2013)

    US is 2.1

Mexico's birthrate has been in a free fall for 2 decades

  24. 7:12 american weapons dealers get some of that narco money for their products, they do not care who lives or not, they also lobby to buy american lawmakers with money to pass legisltion that makes it easy for them to operate with total impunity even on the US, and the murdered do not count for anything other than accusing leftist liberal governments and their education policies...
