El Chayo confirmed killed

El Universal (3-9-14)

Translated for Borderland Beat by un vato

After members of the Army   asked Nazario Moreno to surrender, the Templario leader responded by attacking them, which is why, in responding to the attack, the criminal was killed.

After it was disclosed this Sunday that Nazario Moreno, aka "El Chayo", was alleged to have been killed by federal forces, the Mexican Office of Attorney General (PGR: Procuraduria General de la Republica)  confirmed the information this afternoon, confirming that the Templario leader was fully identified through his fingerprints, (which were) compared with his voter's credentials and his military service identification.

This is what Tomas Ceron, chief of the PGR Criminal Investigation Agency, stated in a press conference. He added that DNA tests will be performed on Moreno's body, as well as physiological identification, the results of which will be disclosed soon.

With that, reports that Moreno was killed in 2010 a confrontation with Federal Police in Michoacan are officially discarded.

With this, the Federal government has delivered the greatest blow against the criminal organization of "Los Caballeros Templarios", because he was the founder and indoctrinator for the cartel.

For his part, in the same press conference, Monte Alejandro Rubio, Executive Secretary of the National Public Security System (SNSP; Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Publica) explained that Moreno's location, 8 miles from Tumbiscatio, was the result of intelligence reports from Mexican agencies.

He also explained that, this Sunday, in the early hours, members of the Army and the Navy found Moreno and asked him to surrender, but he responded with gunfire, after which the military troops responded to the attack, in which the criminal was finally killed.

  17. The military and police forces should be on high alert to use extreme prejudice in the attempt to apprehend the remaining riminal leaders. There is less paperwork to deal with if the scum are felled in the heat of battle. It could also save the taxpayers a few bucks and the frustration of seeing these Losers operate from prison or escape. Yes, I advocate extrajudicial killing if in the heat of battle. Brandish a weapon or fire on the authorities and have your shape shifted by overwhelming firepower. I'm O.K. with that.

    3. Why is it always an underachieving person who identifies with those of Anglo descent who uses the collective achievement of a generalized collective of Caucasians to put down another race. I notices that some of the names in your list are German, English, Irish etc. I did not see your name there. Stating the name of an astonaut is hardly proof of racial superiority. You would have to name all of the millions of people who contributed to the space program. Remember; some of the first astronauts were chimpanzees. You did not include them on your list either.

Dude i get what your tryin to say,but its a bit more complicated than that surely. If there aint shit anywhere, absolutely nothing else to raise money would you do crime to feed your family or make a better life for them?Would you have the balls to do that? What else can some do?And if your in the US you or i don't know shit about it,i have never experienced abject poverty have you?

    1. My family has lived the life of povery its sad and I admire the fact that none of us ever chose a life of crime. Eating only a small handfull of beans for the whole family, going and looking for cactus and mushrooms, sharing only one blanket for the whole family, having to go around getting odd work for a little bit of food, having no money for guaraches, and having to walk barefoot. Povery sucks but its also a motivator to work harder. That is why so many leave Mexico and take any measly job in the USA only to get looked down upon by the spoiled who have never had to sacrifice. Most Americans are actually very generous. Is it in your heart to join a criminal group and be a fucking no good theif! Especially the ones that rob from other unfortunate!

  37. Does anyone know if there has ever been a more high profile narco (or wanted person in general), in the world and not just Mexico, than Chayo, who was so completely and confidently "Officially Killed" by so many sources including the Mexican government (Another sub question would be if the American agencies had the same Official stance, I am not clear on that) and indepedent sources, that ever ended up turning out to be very alive but killed again (or captured) later, and Confirmed again, for "real"? I believe the only two real, current Mexican examples of this scenario still out there would be Lazcano and, as crazy as it sounds, Amado Carillo Fuentes. No other deaths had so many stange occurances with them and things that did not add up. But both of these deaths were as "Confirmed" as El Chayo, again both by GOVT (mex) sources and independent journalists. Actually, as I see it, the only other high profile Confirmed Kill in the world with so much controversy would be Osama Bin Laden, as still no picture of him has ever been leaked, or any independent confirmation at all, has been made available to the public. In the cases of Pablo Escobar, the heads of the Cali cartel, Noriega, all of the heads of the Guadalajara cartel, the AFO, the Gulf cartel (Osiel and Tony T), Arturo and Alfredo BL, now Z40, Chapo, and Chayo, (and I know I am missing many here, just emphasizing to make the point), it was clearly displayed, to the public, that the target(s) had been either killed or captured. Maybe Lazcano and ACF are still out there (but probably not), as low as the possibilty is, both were extremely intelligent men who both died in strange circumstances (and had more stange things occur in the immediate aftermaths of both of their deaths). Would love to hear more opinions, but I believe that El Chayo would be at the top of the list in this regard....Of course, El Chayo's story here does not raise the likelyhood that either of these men are/were still alive after their Confimed Kills or deaths, but it does make a look back at the deaths, of both Lazcano and Carrillo Fuentes, a little more interesting.

  40. everyone talking bout el chapo going out like a 'bitch' what about that murderous coward z40 who boasted to his men that he'd never be taken alive, he loved killing and torturing people but he valued his own life by not shooting it out, now that's a COWARD BITCH, plus he filed motion not to be 'tortured' while in lock up. in my eyes he and every zeta should be dead for killing and extorting innocent people and for all the massacres that they have committed and about the ones that never made the headlines. I favor no cartel, but then again only real badasses go out in a blaze of glory, hopefully z42 stars in his own beheading video, since he boasted that z40 personally killed 2000 people and he killed 1000
