Captured "El Chilango" Zetas Enforcer Chief Accused of Kidnapping and Killing 4 Marines

Reponsible for the killing of  four Marines in Xalapa Vercruz

by Chivis Martinez for Borderland Beat

Four elements of the Mexican Marines had arrived in Xalapa, Veracruz for a course on motorcycle mechanics, at the State Police Academy, they were to be in the city for two weeks.  However on April 18th they were reported missing by their superiors.  On the same day the vehicle in which they were transported was found on Atocpan-Xalapa road.
On April 23rd their bodies were found dumped in a ditch next to a road, with their bodies was the body of a woman.  All had signs of horrific torture with one of the men having one of his legs severed.  The woman had several fingers cut off.
Arrests were made  a few days later by elements of the armed forces and group belonging to the Zetas cartel, which included children sicarios.  One of the young sicarios had the torture of the marines recorded on his cell.  Parts of the video was released to the public, see video directly below:

Today the mastermind of the executions was presented to the public.   Arrested in Xalapa by SEMAR  were Marco Jesus Hernandez Rodriguez aka Jesus Ruiz Marcos Rodriguez, nicknamed "El Chilango", jefe of sicarios, who is credited with masterminding the kidnapping, torture and killing at least four elements of the Marina.  Read Buggs detailed account of the killings HERE
The following is the  article translated from El Economista by Chivis

Elements of the Army – Navy Secretariat of Mexico (Semar) arrested in Jalapa, Veracruz presumed  Zetas chief of the sicarios  of that location.  He is considered the  mastermind  of the kidnap and murder of at least four elements of  the Marines.
The director of Social Communication of the SEMAR, Jose Luis Vergara Ibarra informed that he is Marco Jesus Hernandez Rodriguez  or  Marcos Jesus Rodriguez, aka “El Chilango” whom also is linked to other crimes.
During the presentation of the detainee, it was referred that last April 18th, it was known that four elements that worked for that institution and collaborated with the maintenance of public security of Veracruz were held against their will by members of the organized crime in the vicinity of Jalapa.
The Deputy Attorney General's Office for Special Investigation into Organized Crime (SIEDO) indicated that at the moment of disappearance, the four elements of the Mexican Navy were not on duty as Operation Personnel, instead they were  that were taking a course of motorcycle repairs for a period of 2 weeks in the city of Jalapa. (with only 3 days remaining in the course)
Vergara Ibarra detailed that the system of Naval Intelligence was activated immediately and personnel of Special Forces were deployed with the purpose of locating the officers.  Additionally  they solicited the support of federal authorities that operate in that jurisdiction.
On April 23rd of this year, elements of the Mexican army arrested Romeo Dominguez Velez, “El Chaparro”, presumed chief of the square of the Zetas in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, whom pointed out that he participated in the murder of the four members of the Mexican Army and indicated several other people as accomplices of the crime.
He added that based on the above and sum of other intelligence sources, personnel of Mexican Army detained on May 9th in Jalapa, Veracruz, Marcos Jesus Hernandez Rodriguez and/or Marcos Jesus Rodriguez, “El Chilango” who is presumably linked to at least seven other homicides and three previous investigations.
Vergara Ibarra stated that they confiscated from this suspect, two long guns, one short gun, more than 250 cartridges, drugs, communication equipment, video and photographs, among other things.
“Secretariat of Marines – Army of Mexico expressed their sorrow to the relatives of these marines and they will be given the support according to the correspondent jurisdiction” pointed out Vergara Ibarra.
He affirmed that these lamentable acts did not frighten personnel  of the Mexican  Armed forces, instead they are strenghtening the desire and the unrestricted need of continuing with  actions against criminal groups.

    1. Trust me, this guy is being tortured. I'm from Jalisco and wen my uncle was in jail, the cops would put pins under his finger nails and they practice waterboarding as well. These marines will have lots of fun with this idiot.

  2. These are the types of horrific crimes you get when you do not have the death penalty! Mexico is so, so utterly ignorant! They say on one hand they do not want this type of violence but yet will not impose penalties severe enough to make committing crimes such as this a final act. Now these monsters will just escape to kill and torture more people.

When is Mexico going to wake the hell up and face reality that they have allot of evil mentally disturbed monsters terrorizing their country and the only solution is to kill them? When is Mexico going to stop focusing on elements of the problem such as how lax gun laws are in the US and start being responsible for its own problems?

When is Mexico going to turn around from being a totally corrupt narco state governed by criminals? When are the good people of Mexico going to stop cowering down and raise up and fight to take back their country? When?

    2. You're seriously an idiot. Killing cartel members or police IS the death penalty for all these idiots! They eventually get killed! Does this deter them from killing others? NO!!!! Plus don't you see how fuken corrupt mexico is dumb fuck??!!! If they have the death penalty in mexico TONS of innocents would be set up to get the death penalty because govt is corrupt! I'll say it again, DUMB FUCK!!! Shut your mouth and get the fuck out of this site!!!

    3. ^^ the above is not well educated in the facts of the effectiveness of the death penalty. The Mexicans know very well what happens if they get busted with murder. Especially murder of someone as a marine.

Wow.... Just like the drug laws keep people from using drugs.

  3. This should be enough for Mexico to finally say "Enough is ENOUGH!" and pass some reforms that give the military more power to attack and kill these cartel scum! Why has Mexico allowed these criminals to terrorize the entire country for so long now? It has been a horrible thing to watch for these past few years! Please Mexico it is time to get very serious and the only solution is to kill ALL the dirty rotten criminal cartel scum bastards... Stop pussy footing around and start taking care of business and take your country back from these evil worthless demons from hell!

  6. How do you expect the death penalty to work when half the police and public employees are under coercion from / incahoots with organized crime? Id like to see these animals put down just as much as anyone else but the justice system is completely broken. Adding death penalty right now would be wicked.

  7. Evil prevails when good men do nothing. Mexicos goverment knows that the population will take them down for being ,corrupt pigs. And thats why they never passed a law where the honest citizen could protect himself and his family from criminals, thats becouse they are the criminals. the anger isnt againt the u.s. Population .its against its govt. For saturating the streetz with guns, ammo, and blood money. Like in the vicente zambada case where he has documentation about the cia and dea paying him and the cds to bring tons of cocaine to the border. All this being escorted by the govt into us soil in exchange for cash and guns

    1. Lawlessness already existed it was magnified when thousands of guns were brought in and immunity was promised to the cartels in exchange for snitching and betraying each other. It is the equivalent of taking all the law enforcement out of any place on earth and giving every criminal a gun. Honest people cant compete when they are out gunned and outnumbered. Sad and frustrating all at once.

  9. Hell yes!!! Mexico needs to reinstate the death penalty. Mexico should even have special circumstance capital punishment. When it comes to cartels that torture and murder innocent victims...(military, police, rehab patients etc.) they should be able to get medieval on these demons. The only other freaks I've ever heard of that have treated other humans this way are the Japanese and Nazi's during WWII. This barbaric behavior is unprecedented in the history of modern civilization. What in the hell has happened to Mexico's heart and soul? Murdering woman and children....cutting off genitals etc. WTF Mexico??

  10. It is cowardly, barbaric and animalistic! One of these bastards had the womens severed fingers in HIS MOUTH! they used a chain saw to cut off one of the marines legs below the knee! then the chain came off so they stopped using it! Remeber the video where they beat those marines with sledge hammers?

The Mexican government and judicial system has been formed by the criminals, thats why they do not have a death penalty and that is why they have free reign at the Mexican prisons...

The U.N. and or the U.S. and or other sane, civilized countries need to step in and exterminate about a million of those criminals... If not this will continue to get worse and worse just as it has been for years now! When is enough ENOUGH?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Is there a video of him crying like a Pussy while the SEMAR is interrogating him?

    ReplyDelete
  12. "They" don't need to reinstate anything. It would take a third party to come in and clean house. And I mean, from the Pres on down, until you have local elected mayors and that's it. That is as far as the corruption can go. They have enough money to buy off judges and cops in the US, but it's not working very well. If it was, that cartel bosses kid who is in Chicago prison would be sipping margaritas on the beach.

Face it, Mexico is fucked. A country with more natural resources than the US, more beach for tourism, oil, gold, copper, aluminum.... is doomed because of a select few who have ruined it for everyone else. Look at Mexico in the last 30 years. Did you think back in the 80's that it would one day be worse? So bad that gringos where too afraid to go and buy gas and medication? For drug money? Where are the outraged Mexican nationals in the US who are trying to get a group to go down and take these bastards out? Where are the Hispanic groups who are trying to raise awareness to what's going on? Oh, I forgot. They are too busy landing free shit from California and are busy suing AZ for finally having enough of the BS that goes with having such a shitty neighbor.

    1. Get ut shit strait bro. If any law abiding citizen tries to fight these a..holes law enforcement locks you up or kills you just to kiss their ass. Also they will be looking for you. In 2008 my grandma passed away. When we were there for the funeral we were being watched(like my 98 year old grandma was a cartel member) after the burial we were followed and surrounded by 5 vehicles and numerous armed cowards. My passenger was pulled out and killed like a dog in the street. When i saw this i new we were gonna die becouse they liked my truck and they wanted it. I pushed my way back in my truck(it was still on) and rammed through their barracade. I was covered in blood from them pistol whooping me. I thought i was shot and i turned the truck around a block away and sped back running over 3 of them .. Killing only 2 my car truck was shot up and thank god i survived. I drove to the nearest police station and asked for help. I was treated like a criminal and arrested for the murders of a cartel member and they also tried to blame me for killing my uncle. Apparently when i mowed down these assholes with my Chevy i destroyed a pistol one of them had. They kept the pieces as evidence against ME. We had to bribe a judge and escape by cover of night to come back home. I long for payback but i have to choose my battles. When the u.s. Finally decides to go ill be the first to enlist.

I'd like to add something, "May 11, 2012 5:12 PM".

Let's talk about CORRUPTION being broadcast daily on T.E.L.E.V.I.S.I.O.N., ¿and where does most of that pollution come from? -- >> U S A <<

And how much their material is then TRANSLATED to Spanish for Spanish speaking audiences? And the USA garbage is being broadcast in other parts of the world.

¿WHO C.O.N.T.R.O.L.S. the USA? is the IMPORTANT next question to ask because it's not the ordinary American who owns the MEDIA or the so-called ENTERTAINMENT business, BIG MONEY IS INVOLVED and THOSE few who hold the BIG money are the ones who make the decisions that affect the MASS population on quite a far reaching Global Scale.

With television programming a small few men can CORRUPT SOCIETY on a World Wide Scale, destroy good healthy human VALUES. You can influence people into becoming SELF-CENTERED, UNCARING, NARCISSISTIC, V.I.O.L.E.N.T.L.Y. ORIENTED, and you can also destroy the healthy Human Bonding Between Man & Woman by promoting promiscuity which then destroys the interest in forming a Family Unit. And then there is promoting the 'Perversion Of Sex Roles'--I won't go into to detail!, ¿is television doing that with it's corrupt programming?

With television programming you can also 'seed' DELINQUENCY.

These things are being done PURPOSELY, it's an agenda. I recommend you visit the Cutting Through the Matrix web site and listen to Alan's podcasts a few times, he has studied the System we were born into which is moving the world in a certain direction with a TOTALLY CONTROLLED SOCIETY as aim among other things.

  16. Implementing the death penalty doesn't mean justice will be done. Look at the US system with sentenced criminals on death row for YEARS costing taxpayers billions. The marines need to be allowed to put these guys down on the spot. Oh...maybe some torture first.

  17. The Mexico Marines need to follow the example set by U.S. Marines on Iwo Jima. There were few Japanese soldiers who surrendered on Iwo Jima--primarily because the U.S. Marines would not let them surrender. They simple killed them. Such needs to be the fate of these animalistic killers in Mexico. The Marines should just summarily execute them after they obtain the intelligence they need to move on and take more of them down. Whatever techniques the Marines use to extract information from these scum, it seems to be working. These bastards start talking like parrots once they feel the effect of waterboarding, beating, and any other techniques the Marines use to get them talking. Too bad they have to surrender them to the justice system in Mexico. Eventually, they will walk and continue to commit atrocities again. Kills the Sons-of-Bitches and move on.

  23. We wete later told that they made a mistake. That we looked like someone they were looking for. All we had was our grandparents in mexico. I had only been there 4 times my whole life. I lived it i difnt hear it or read it i lived it. Now if you wana psycho analize my story thats you. We miss my cousin very much. But it sounds like you are one of them assholes who like to kiss cartel ass cause you've never had the grit to put in work. It takes code and skill to do it here in the states. Any pussy can do it in mexico

  25. Sorry bout your relative its real sad obviously there are so many people that have been there or currenty are gng thru the bullshit of one of there family members getting killed and unfortunately its gng to happen for many more years to come the question is how do we slow it down, narco violence has always existed but not to the level that it is today when did it start it started when los malditos zetas entered the market and expanded at any means neccessary to take over territorys from rivals even at the cost of killing innocent people el chapo said it right there drug traffickers los zetas are into anything and everything in order to bring in revenue etc etc etc causing terror to what ever territory they invade ,those who say lets implement the death penalty its way to late for that the judicial system is broken you fight evil with evil in my opinion eye for an eye all people can do in mexico is pray and try to protect yourself by any means neccessary and hope that someday mexico will return to the days of old .

  26. @5/12 5:34AM,
Your long winded comment is more like a STORY! Sorry,bro..but what you wrote doesn't make a whole lot of sense! First you say your "front passenger" was shot and killed, than you mention you were going to be framed for your "Uncle's murder," and than in another comment you mention missing your "cousin?" WTF dude which is it? Also, if you were in police custody (and the police were allied with these cartel members..the ones you killed) You would be died my friend not charged with a crime or framed! Maybe during your "pistol whipping" you blacked out and dreamed this fantastic story! Either way its foolish to drive around in anything nice in Mexico...especially if your strange to the area. Common sense bro will often keep you alive in Mexico.

  27. All convicted killers and sicarios should be executed no appeal whatsoever and destroy the cartels family members. This is the only way for peace. Many innocent will die but peace will come.

  28. If your. coment is longer than the story, it won't be read. If you think that another country can invade Mexico and clean out the cartels then you are clueless. The Mexican countryside is remote and people will just stash weopons, lay low and pop up again after any raids. I do advocate the death penalty for Mexico and would consider martial law dy district. If you make the cartels feel the heat for their crimes then they will think twice before pulling this B.S.

  30. I have several cousins in Mexico. They are marines that provide security in the hot zones. When they are in a shootout with these sicarios and a marine is killed. All the sicarios die. This is a well known policy of the Mexican marines. Surrender peacefully, or die... If you don't believe me. Google/search Mexican marine battles against sicarios. The ratio is usually 1 marine dead to ^,*,!2 etc sicarios dead. And there usually are photos with dead sicarios with "weapons" either in their hands or on top of the body. Go Marines!!!

Mexico needs young men like this.
And that ratio seems a good one to me,you kill one of our decent young dudes,we gonna kill 12 of your useless ones.
