Three bodies and six heads were dumped on the street near the offices of the state SSP in a town called Moralillo, a municipalty of Pánuco, located on the border of Tamaulipas and northern Veracruz.

The SSP offices are located in the northern zone, and the authorities have been able to identify the remains of the subjects. They are residents of the neighboring state of  Tamaulipas.

Also in Moralillo, on November 2nd of last year, the bodies of six men wer found, ages 25-30, half of them  were residents of Veracruz, the others were from different parts of Mexico.

On that occasion the bodies were found semi-nude and spread out over an area of about 100 meters. They were left under the Prieto (brown) bridge in El Moralillo. The victims had been tortured and killed in Tamaulipas and there bodies were brought into Veracruz, to the municipality of Pánuco, were over the past few months, there have been reports of at least four armed confrontations between criminal groups clashing with federal and state authorities.

There has been no confirmation nor denial on whether or not police officers are among the heads of six people have been dumped in front of the state SSP offices.

It is believed that these are the victims of the long standing vendetta between the Gulf cartel and their former allies, los Zetas.

The bodies came with messages tied to them that were signed by the CDG, but the contents of the letter have not been revealed at this time.
