Commando Executes Five Men in Juarez

They opened fire with high-powered weapons against the occupants of a vehicle on the streets of Reforma and Perú in the community of El Barreal.

Ciudad Juarez, Chih - Five men were shot to death in the community Ex-hipódromo, after an armed commando aboard two cars opened fire on the occupants of a red Concord on the streets of Reforma and Perú.

The subjects were intercepted by the armed commando, who fired repeatedly against the occupants of the car and then fled in an unknown direction.

Consequently the car crashed on a palm tree as the driver and the rest of the occupants died after receiving several fatal injuries from gun fire.

The event sparked a strong mobilization right in front of a brewery and a bar called "Reforma."

The multiple homicides occurred after 1500 hours on Saturday when an armed commando chased the victims in two compact vehicles and fired at them while moving inside their vehicles.

It has been unofficially established that the car carrying the victims received more than 50 impacts of high-powered weapons that included AK-47 and AR-15.

The impact rounds were made by spraying the whole car and most of the rounds found their way inside the vehicle riddling the bodies of the five men.

For the moment the identities of the victims is not known and it is only known that there it was three young men and two adults, all between the ages of 20 and 35 years.

The new violent incident, which killed a total of five people in one event, took places minutes after the announcement by the state governor José Reyes Baeza, who reported on the new actions and government strategies to fight crime.
